A little thing I jotted up, not a masterpiece...
Dog barking, claws scratching, chains rattling,
The sounds that keep me up,
Water running, pipes stretching, bubbles bursting,
The sounds that drive me out,
Footsteps clunking, boy shouting, chair rocking,
The sounds that make me flee,
Fan whirring, mouse sliding, keys clicking
The sounds that set me free
