We all did it
How blind the child that cannot see
The love possessed by their family
To loved one’s concerns they often say,
“Don’t interfere, let me live my way”
Errors made of generations past
The child will repeat like mirrored glass
The pain and heartache these errors unfold
This they’d avoid, by heeding what’s told.
