Trick? Or Treat?
         I sighed with relief as I walkd out of the bar. Too many weirdos on Halloween. I shook my head and glanced up as the street light above me flickered and then went out leaving me alone in the shadows. Nervously I glanced around. Horrors seemingly hiding behind every shadow.

         “ Oh don't be stupid,” I chide myself, “ Imgine, a great big guy like you scared of the-”

         CLANG!

         I froze, listening as I peered around pointlessly trying to identify the shadows. Nothing stirred. “Heh, must have just been a cat or something.” I laughed trying to convince myself. Still I grabbed for my keys out of my jeans. Nerves tingled coldly down my spine. I could have sworn that shadow just-

         A small child dressed as a freaky clown stepped out from behind my car. I sighed with relief. Before I could ask if the kid needed help, he charged me. I felt the sharpness of a thin knife bite into my belly button. Deeper and deeper he drove it. I grabbed at him but he sliced down. I gasped like a dying fish, staring, as he started digging my insides out from the slit. He laughed.
