The Art of Fogettting
Our souls know
The secret of happiness,
The secret of living
Peacefully with ourselves
No matter what our circumstances.

Our souls know
That we must forget negativity,
That we must look beyond
The dark clouds of our doubts
To find the light generating
The rainbow of our joys.

Our souls know
That the art of forgetting
Unhappiness
Is in remembering the positive,
Is in looking beyond the darkness
Of our selfish fears to find
The radiance of faith.
