People struggle to accept who they really are and wish to change
What do I see through broken glass?
The girl in the mirror unknown,
Apart from a name.
                                    Vanity.

Fine, draping waves of honey
Dreaming of fullness and darkness...
                                    Like all the others.

Round-rosey, soft apple cheeks
Dying for cleanliness, unspoiled...
                                    Like all the others.

Who is that I see,
Being robbed by vanity?
                                    Like all the others.
