Indigestion

At the stroke of midnight, the monster rose from the scummy, slimy pond and seizing two passing lovers, devoured them as a crunchy snack.  The monster licked its lips then belched loudly.  It sighed and belched again.  “I wish to Satan that these humans would stop drinking alcohol.  It gives me the indigestion something fierce!”
