A poem about my love for drinking and the regret that comes with it the following morning.
The drunkard tales, the binges,
the days of hazy memory.

Joy when my thought`s are clouded
by drink that hast lost it`s taste.

Posessed by vine
to forsake my thought`s.
Clarity stricken,
to commit deeds that would elude me most.

But joy felt when past forgotten,
and thought`s that do not tense the mind
drowned under a sea of vine

But the guilt and pain serves to remind,
that in real truth it served no gain.

So I do welcome the times of blissful ignorance.
To quench my fiery thoughts with the waters of life.


P.S  the waters of life in my country is a slang for Vodka, in estonian it`s elu vesi
