A metric free form in rhyming couplets.
All about me is the music of the creation,
A harmony more vast than my imagination.
Even the majesty of the life giving sun
Is a pale reflection of all that is done.
How masterful, the conductor must be,
That directs such a marvelous symphony.

Still the sun sings, on its dutiful course,
Its musical theme, planets reinforce.
From Mercury to Pluto its echoes are found.
In discordant unions, vibrations resound.
Amid this exceptional mystery I dwell
Debating the origin of heaven and hell.

Inflated importance I place on my soul
For such a small portion, compared by the whole.
Yet, vital the sound of my measured rejoice
In notes that are needed, unique to my voice.
While faint is the tinkling cymbal I bring
I'm much like the life giving sun, so I sing.
