10/12 What is left to feel when you've lost everything.
To the stolen songs...

I sat under a tree,
exhausted.
I woke up in a dream, or
was it a daze?
I had
nothing.

When you lose everything,
do you still feel
         something?

I broke a home
that made me home
but left me alone
and made me broke.
But I
put it all on me
and me
         and me
                   and me.

When you lose everything,
do you still feel
         something?
Is there anything left
         when everything's you?

And then,
it happens again
when you think
it can't.
And then,
it becomes some more
of everything
         that's left you
         before.

I believed a lie
that I was told for sure.
It didn't matter.
I'll die a thousand times
         before
my soul is pure.
And then,
I'll die again.
I'll win it all back
to watch it get stolen
         again.

When you lose everything,
do you still feel
         something?
