Does not learn the merits of self worth


Young adults, disregarded

Fail to see their place in the world


A woman, grown without love

Finds it hard to love herself


A man, raised amid disdain and scorn

Forever seeks approval


Such people, lost in life’s void,

Tend to look in from the outside


For the lonely

The world is a lonely place.
