A battle of the day and night.
Day To Day Battle
Cold winds rush through the darkened streets

The leaves dance freely to the silent beat
Ambience mourning the return of the sun
The birds sing their battle call until the fight is done

Let battle commence in a congregation of mist
The lunar spotlight intimidating resist
But the contrast opposed and embraced what they tried
A depression coercing the mood to subside

The first shots reverberate the start of the end
Fortified dreams of the nightmares descend
The fog starts to lift its bitter sweet breath
Making way for the concrete valley of death

The darkness is forced to retreat it's regime
As the shadow withdraws an inaudible scream
The birds start to sing as the battle is won
And defiantly mark the return of the sun
