Take what you will from this poem, is it pro God or not, depend on the reader I'd say.

- Upon The Shoulders of God-

There
A man
Standing
Looking
Pointing
Outward
Not inward
He is no king
Just a fool
Just a tool
Selling a product
Demanding payment
Tidings for passage
To where
No place
That I’m going
No destination
That I’ll be knowing
Upon the shoulders of God
He stands
That man
The one selling
The one yelling
Buy this merchandise
Purchase this artifact
The price is your soul
The fee all of your gold
Nothing less
Will of course be accepted
He further adds
I don’t make the rules
I don’t assign these fees
I do nothing
But what God commands
His will is mine
Just as it should be yours
And of course
Fools stand in droves
Those thick
As well as thin skinned
Those weak
As well as those strong
Purpose, reason
Affliction, dereliction
All of it matters none
To God and the man
Selling his wares
I am no fool
At least that’s what I say
At least on this day
I won’t know
Not for sure
Until my death
And after that
I won’t be telling
Not another soul
I’ll pay something
Will it be right now
Or much later on
I continually wonder
But I won’t act
I flat out refuse
Freewill is perfect
By both design
And flaw
There
A man
Standing
Looking
Pointing
Outward
Not inward
He is no king
Just a fool
Just a tool
Does he really work for God
Does his employment matter
Would that change
What it is he is doing
And how hard
It is that he is selling
Upon the shoulders of God
He stands
Spouting off wisdom
Meant for idiots
Dressed sort of like heretics
Always playing their parts
An ongoing performance
Faking with the saints
Looks good on a t-shirt
But does not translate well
Into any written word
This is no mockery
But rather hyperbole
Chatter and noise
Relentlessly applied
Annoyances for you
Those capable
Of what I’m not
Those just like the man
Standing
Upon the shoulders of God
Does it all make sense
Sense is never required
Belief is easily inspired
The man knows
Without any question
What it is he is doing
Me
I’m really not sure
And quite frankly
At this point and place
I’m ok with that…
