Mommy I miss you
Mommy

Mommy I see you, in that tear from your eye,
and the shake of your head, as you try not to cry.

Mommy I feel you, and I see that you know,
when the breeze gently blows, on the new fallen snow.

Mommy I smell you, your sweet fragrant charms,
as you hold me so closely, in your warm gentle arms.

Mommy I hear you, and swoon with delight,
and remember the times, that you held me at night.

Mommy I need you, to remember these things,
and soak up the joy, that each memory brings.

Mommy I miss you, and know you miss me,
but God made his choice, a choice we can not see.

Mommy I’m there, and you’re in my heart,
you always have been, right from the start.

Mommy I’m happy, I’m in heaven you see,
and Mommy I’m with you, and you are with me.
