If You Give It a Name

Fear, itâs just an emotion,

Nothing more than a thought,

Until you give it a name.


Depression, itâs just there,

Nothing more than a feeling,

Until you give it a name.


A mistake, is just an event,

Nothing more than an action,

Until you give it a title.


A nightmare, itâs just a dream,

Nothing more than imagination,

Until you give it a title.


A problem, itâs just a situation,

Nothing more than a different routine,

Until you give it a title.


If you give it a name, then itâs already won what youâre good for.
