When you have social anxiety, these are the last things you want to be asked..
Why are you shaking the table?”

Because of you and this oh so awkward social interaction,

Which by the way is easy for any other human being on this planet it seems.

“I’m cold...”

“Why do you have to go to the doctor twice a week?”

Because whenever I talk to people,

I feel like I’m about to have an anxiety attack.

“Y’know, the dentist, chiropractor, optometrist, the usual”

“What were you sick with when you were out for so long?”

Had to make a trip to the psych hospital

Not because I’m crazy, just ‘cause I have this thing where I replay conversations over in my head, hoping that I didn’t mess up,
even though I know I did by the totally awkward silence, that is quite unnatural.

“Uh, pneumonia.”

“Not eating?”

Nope, can’t stand how they all look so happy

And skinny, don’t forget skinny.

“Had a big breakfast.”

“Hey, just thought you could use a hand, I go to the doctors all the time too, it will be okay.”

Could it be true?

Maybe...just maybe…

“Do you maybe uh wanna get some coffee sometime, or not or whateve--”

“That would be great.”
