A poem in the subject of though
I looked upon a shadowed pier.
Gazed the water in a cloud.
Not but once I traveled here.
Only as the fates allowed.

Crippled in my minds eye wary.
Once I saw what wasn't seen.
The only time for me to carry.
And fix my mind; this broken wing.

So now here I stand before you.
Fixed I am where once was not.
Upon that shadowed pier I stand.
And look at all the world rot.
