Poem about my mother.
Raindrops fall and
Dark clouds roll in,
You know just what to
Say to get under my skin.

Rainbows lose color and
Butterflies drop dead,
Every name, every scowl
All stuck in my head.

Go out with your friends
And leave me behind,
I'll go on with my day and
Try to push it aside.

If the things you do
Causes me to die.
Would you consider to change?
Would you bother to try?

All these things
I feel towards you,
Every line, every phrase
Is completely true.

All these things
I'm saying right now.
I know they may hurt,
But I have to get them out.

You can ask for a hug,
But don't shed a tear,
You'll always be my mom,
But you won't always be here.

I'm leaving now,
You can choose to follow.
I will love you forever
And even tomorrow.
