poem that I wrote after watching an old fantasy movie late last night.
Alone in the dark,
HIdden from sight.
You chant the words,
Make them sound so right.

Your deepest of thoughts,
Unfold before the fire.
Twisting and turning reality,
Into your heart's desire.

With a flick of your hands,
You weave your spells.
Setting time into motion,
Things you know so well.

A puff of smoke,
Colors red, green and blue.
The hardest part of waiting,
for your spell to brew.

And at last it is finished,
The job's almost done.
By the end of the day,
Your side will have won.

All the wishes and dreams,
You have made them come true.
And you fade into history,
Remembered fondly by few.
