Everybody, even in-animates have desire
Even the brick wants to be something.
Don’t call me a brick;
My goal is more than sands and cements in water fastened.
Look all around, you see what I can be.
Make me into what you desire most;
Savour what you’ve made.
To adore you and shelter you, I aspire.
I can be malls,
Fabricate me into walls;
If you wish, you can dub me A Palace;
Support me with some stones,
And I will be your Mansion.
What!?
How can you say that? - A dung pit?
That’s not befitting.
I want to be more,
I can even be your bath room;
Fret not;
I will close my eyes with tiles.
I won’t see a thing.
My desire is to keep you warm.
Please, don’t call me a brick.
Just name me a name.
This brick name.
