A cautionary tale and my volatile self.
Label Me

If I wore a label
What would it say -
Feed me?
Love me?
Keep me safe?

Depends.
Is it rainy and cold,
sunny and warm?
Dry,
Damp,
Disenchanted?

My label would urge
Buyer Beware
Approach with Caution
May shrink if distressed.

Labels are treacherous - tricky - deceptive
Sometimes destroying
everything they touch;
dark fading to light;
light absorbing dark -
running together
mixing into a
swampy swirl of
unconscious wanting,
longing,
waiting

for something to sort
the
colors
out.
