A poem I wrote for my children
untouchable ass's

So our final goodbye's,
Are all said and done,
Had I known it before,
I'd have just held-on.

No more will I feel,
The warmth that I do,
Every time we embrace,
Or I tie up your shoe.

Now all that remains,
A giant black hole,
Where once stood my heart,
Now no-one can go.

I offended her 'might',
With the truth I would say,
The curse of social media,
Now our children will pay.

And where are you society?
To uphold that which you gave me?
Words written with our blood,
Our rights that now escape me?

Your nowhere to be found,
Because I am but a father,
Ignore the bitter truth,
I'm guessing that you'd rather.

Now under the rock you go,
To mix among the masses,
Another lonely father,
Britain's 'untouchable-ass's'.
