A poem of spring My entry give 100 ,p1
1

I wakened to find the darkness had gone

The birds were singing at the breaking of dawn

Through my window the sun is streaming

My eyes opened thus ending my dreaming

I looked at the clock and decided it was time

To rise and shine

A walk before breakfast was in my mind

To take in the atmosphere of my countryside

Gently nodding their trumpet heads

A vision of loveliness are the daffodil's beds.

A warm wind blows through my hair

And I breath in this pleasant fresh air

I take a last look at the flowers as I roam

But now it's time to head back home
