A love poem describing the emence love of a wife that brings a lost husband home
Since the very first day they met.
Her love was true.
When he looked into those eyes so blue.
Eyes as blue as the arctic ocean.
He was entranced as if given a potion.
Her love as immovable as a mountain high.
Her love he would betray under cover of night.
A darkness engulfed this man in her life.
A darkness so black he gave into the night.
Then he heard her love from a far off place.
The sound of his angel his saving grace.
He fought and he fought to get back to her.
With each battle a piece of him was lost.
It was her love that empowered him no matter the cost.
He returned to her side battered and broken.
The battle cost them both pain
a pain unspoken.
He vowed to never again break the vow that was broken..
If not for her love this man would not be free.
For you see this shell of a man of coarse is me.
And to the most beautiful woman in my life..
The one I'm over joyed to have as my wife
I could never take back what has been done.
But I swear from This day as we go on
I will honor This love that lives in you so strong.
My heart my soul my everything. is yours Forever without you I'm nothing.

I love you my dear...
