Journaling Prompts:

1) Write about one of today's newsworthy events: local, national, or global. Be sure to describe the event, how this "news" impacted your thoughts and feelings. Use the: 5 W's -- Who, What, When, Where, and Why.

2) Each day this week make a list of your accomplishments. Nothing is too big, or too small to journal about. If merely getting out of bed was your best acomplishment, journal it. If you cooked a marvelous meal for your family, or burnt supper -- journal it. If your best and only accomplish for the day was actually making a journal entry -- journal it.

This is only the beginning!
