My Sister's Graduation

My little sister,
how you have grown.
Your lessons learned
with intelligence honed.

While looking back
through the many years,
We have shared
both joy and tears.

Time has come
to depart from home,
Know I'm here
no matter where you roam.

One journey finished
a new one starts,
Use your head
and trust your heart.

Wishing for you,
my deep, heartfelt congratulations.
My little sister,
Enjoy your deserved graduation!

Written January 2004 for printing on my little sister's senior page in the ACHS Annual.
I am extremely proud of my little sister and wish her the best of luck in college.
