I ponder my past filled with hate, and change to the present with love.

Shameful Hate

I am in a revealing state of meditation.
I feel the hate during my life's duration.
My grudges have fear I have always felt.
Lives within my heart into my souls self.

I am persuaded to ponder all the shame.
Cast out evil grudges and honor remains.
To understand faults perpetrated by spite.
I'll change the hate that devoured my life.

Past has gone regrets are left to ponder.
I've gained wisdom in life with no honor.
Beliefs I chose created dreams of wants.
Now a man I'm filled with visions of haunt.

In the fleeting present I can try a change.
To love not what my hate has destroyed.
The hate, grudges, doubts, and my fears.
Flush them out the shame will disappear.
