After having "words" with a neighbor.
Quiet Gray Dawns

The gray of the clouds has descended
Enveloping a time I thought was ended.

If anyone was keeping score
They'd fall flat, laughing on the floor.

To open the door, face such a grave danger.
When neighbors are cruel
I'd rather meet a stanger.
