A flash of memory... a silent vigil in a breath. (Form: Rispetto)
Caesura

A buried memory recalled,
a long forgotten melody.
The images that once enthralled
now flow from lashes, liquidly.

A silent vigil, for a breath,
recalls the visage of love's death.
I eagerly embrace the pain.
I exhale and you’re gone… again.
