Lets call it a updated Declaration of Independence.
Declaration of Absolvement
2012

It has become apparent that, the governing bodies motives have strayed from that of, securing equal human rights.
Government failed to redress, either incapable, or refusing; will be modified, or removed;
by the governed.
It is the obligation of the governed to take stand, by voice, pen, or bloodshed;
it is the duty of man to ensure humanity.

Rights are not given by government, nor can they be taken by government.
Rights given by humanity, may never be striped.
We hold this truth to be self-evident:
We, endowed with Humanity, are equal.
Our pursuit of Life, liberty and happiness is inherent; immutable; eternal.

Assembled, we implore our intentions to the world:
We, do henceforth, reclaim the United States Republic.
In the name, and by authority of the people of this country, solemnly publish and declare, that these United States are, and of right ought to be, free and independent states.
Absolved from all allegiance to the foreknown, United States Government.
All political connection between it and the States, is to be totally dissolved;
and that as free and independent states, they have full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which independent states may by right do.

And with the support of this Declaration, we a reaffirm our reliance on the protection of, our unalienable Rights, and our country.
We mutually pledge our lives, fortunes, and our honor.

*In light of our current political climate, I sadly find it necessary to reiterate that:
I am in NO-WAY writing this as a legal document, as an attempt to incite violence, civil-disturbance,  nor as a laps in my sanity.  IT IS MERELY FICTION*
