A poem about a road.
The path stretches onward, a beckoning line,
Across dirt and gravel, where roots entwine.
It dips under branches, a leafy green shade,
Exploring the forest, where sunlight has played.

Beside the bright river, its current so strong,
Past caves dark and silent, where echoes belong.
The meadows are swaying, a carpet of green,
Over stones smooth and weathered, a time-worn scene.

Uplands and valleys, where winds always blow
Under skies painted bold, where wanderers go.
By whispering streamlets, their secrets they keep,
The path ever stretches, where mysteries sleep.

Hearts free to wander, and spirits unbound,
On hills kissed by sunrise, new wonders are found.
Though distance may linger, the journey won't cease,
Adventure awaits us, offering sweet release.

So onward it leads, through the dawning's soft light,
A promise of journeys, both day and through night.
Across the broad landscape, the wild and unknown,
The road calls us forth, to make it our own.
