well, its basically about the narrator saying good-bye...
Not Mine
A last ray of hope,
is vanishing behind the clouds,
i know now,
that this life is not mine.

The winds over the ocean,
play a melody with the waves,
the sand and the shore,
unaware, unknowing,
that this life is not mine.

My bare feet against the sand,
the gentle breeze running through my hands,
This is the way i must say good-bye,
because we all know,
that this life is not mine.

The trees humming breathlessly,
their hearts beating wordlessly,
silent on the outside,
but inside they know,
that this life is not mine.

My exposed feet touching the grass,
the rough bark against my skin,
i'm afraid of too much sin,
cause even i know,
that this life is not mine...
