Short poem about seeking stillness in our chaotic world.
The air is still
No movement, no sound
No seeking of thrill
No thoughts to be found

The eyes are to see
To our Soul they are the door
Yet with unblocked Qi
They are needed no more

The ears have sought
The world all around
Yet in the stillness of thought
There is not a sound

Day in and day out
The mind fills with trepidation
Yet to rid ourselves of Doubt
One must only seek Meditation
