When beauty becomes so blinding it destroys you...
I once chanced upon a beauty so infinite,
That my mind burned her image on my eyes
I once basked upon the glory of her presence,
And died from the sound of her lies
I screamed inwards for the poison of her lips,
And sang for the poison beneath it
I ran from her deceit and treachery,
Yet yearned for her fire and beauty
I longed for the touch of her skin
I bled for the sound of her name
I wept for the tears in her eyes
And was blinded by the sight of her face
Such was the power of her spell
Such was the impact of her splendor
Such was the depth of my longing
The bane of my life forever
