Just something I whipped up from a few broken ideas here and there. :)
Barbed Wire Heart:

Your barbed wire heart is controlling your brain,

Your gears constantly churning and turning my pain

Into agony, sharp and smooth like a blade,

I was the joker, but you were the spade

Whose ruling was truth, and your words never cease,

And I was the fool, always trying to please

But now all my words are somehow forgotten,

Inside of you, terrible, spoiled and rotten

Your gears will lurch forward inside of your mind,

But you never, ever, even once had the time

To show me the truth of your remorseless lies,

You just couldn't see past my pathetic disguise

So I hid all my bottled-up feelings with a smile,

Please, why don't you come stay for a while?

So I can show you the grisly remains,

Of the sorrow you caused me for personal gains

The truth sometimes hurts more than the things you thought real,

You try not to get attached, you try not to feel

But despite all your valiant efforts, you lose,

Your sanity, and somehow it's me who did choose

how you crawled into your grave, how you withered and died,

Whether you burned at the stake or were buried alive

I've chosen your fate, one I've learned from the start,

I will stab you to death with your

Barbed wire heart¦
