Water
Transparent gold
Cools the tongue, quenches thirst
Gives life to plants and men alike
Treasure

Bright fire
Red, yellow, orange
Gives life or destroys it
A flower hiding in its thorns
Prized flame

Pure air
Engulfs the earth
Powerful breath of life
Easily harmed, yet important
Beauty

Great earth
A solid ground
Provider to life's needs
Home to all the world's men and beasts
Mother
