Chapter 1 - Lukington17

Twilight Sparkle had been slaving away for hours trying to perfect her newest potion. Spike insisted she come to bed but she refused, "I just need to get the measurements right, Spike. Couple more hours". Eventually, Twilight began to fall asleep at her desk. As she slumped over asleep, she knocked over a small beaker into the main cauldron.
The next morning, Twilight proudly called some of her friends to a demonstration; Spike and the girls came to watch. "Okay everypony, here it is. You know how the other day that Centaur attacked us?"
"...And that Chimera" Applejack added.
"...And the Hydra" Pinkie said.
"...Not to mention all those dumb mean dragons" Spike sighed.
"Yes, yes, all of those things," Twilight continued, "all of them we managed to overcome with difficulty". Pinkie cheered. "Anyway," Twilight went on, "they're all still out there. And what did they all have that we didn't have? Size. They were all way bigger than us. So I've come up with a solution, to - "
"You're gonna make us giants so we can totally kick all their butts again?!" Rainbow Dash interrupted.
"No. The opposite. This potion here can shrink any object, especially monsters, to pony size". The ponies cheered at this, and watched as Twilight revealed a clay statue of Discord, twice their size.
"Oh no, I hope you're not really going to go and hurt Discord" Fluttershy begged.
Twilight assured her that this was only a model for demonstrating, and sprayed the slime green liquid potion onto it with a small hose. Instantly Discord's statue was the size of them, with some even being able to look over his horned head. The ponies gasped as Twilight smiled. Suddenly, however, he continued to shrink, and shrink, and shrink until he was no longer visible before them. "Where is he?!" Spike cried, as they all searched for him.
"It wasn't supposed to do that" Twilight panicked, looking at her ingredients again. "Oh..." she said, realizing that a small beaker's contents had poured into the cauldron. The ponies looked up at her. "This is Zeromac" she explained, "only a drop of it needs to be added to get something to our size. It's all gone in! The statue could be gone forever!" At first the ponies were sad at this, especially Fluttershy, but they told Twilight her project just needed improvement. "I know what the problem is; it's the stupid Zeromac," she told herself.
"Yay! Twilight's the best!" Pinkie shouted, randomly pulling out balloons and banners from nowhere.
"Pinkie, no!" The ponies shouted as one of the banners fell onto the hose and turned it slowly on. Spike jumped to push her out of the way, but the spray caught them both and within a millisecond they were both gone. "Pinkie? Spike!" The ponies all called out to them, but Twilight quickly said, "DON'T move! We could still step on them by mistake!"
"Well I'm fine" Rainbow Dash said, flapping her wings in the air, at which Fluttershy shyly copied. "Is there no way to change them back?"
"I hadn't thought that far yet, I'd only tried it on a statue for heaven's sake!" Twilight shook her head, "we can only call out to them". Twilight then began to speak to the ground, which Applejack and Dash found amusing and smirked at. "Pinkie, Spike: wherever you are, if you can, try and walk onto this leaf". She put a leaf down and they all stood still.

Pinkie and Spike were on the ground in tears. "What do we do now? What the hell do we do now?!" Spike screamed.
"Shh, listen" Pinkie said, as they heard Twilight's instruction, booming down at them and shaking the ground. Twilight was speaking to another bit of the ground, but they heard and saw the leaf. Eventually they climbed onto the large green leaf, and waved like mad to get attention.
Rarity gasped, "There they are!", pointing at the leaf, as Twilight and Applejack unfroze and sighed.
"Stay there, I'm gonna figure this out. I promise" said Twilight. Rainbow Dash yawned and turned away.
"We're gonna be okay, right?" asked Pinkie hopefully to Spike.
"Yeah. Twilight's amazing, she'll think of something."
It was then that the wind picked up. Out of nowhere, the huge gusts of wind hurled the two and the leaf off the ground and into the air, twisting and turning among the other ponies.

Unbeknownst to them all, Discord had actually himself camouflaged himself to inhabit the statue, eager to observe what he believed would be a futile display. Confused at his sudden position, he tried clicking his fingers to enlarge himself. It didn't work. Now in a frenzy, he sought shelter from the massive pony hooves swarming around the ground around him. He knew it wouldn't be pretty if someone stepped on him. He ran to the side of the cauldron, dodging Fluttershy's massive hoof as it came crashing down behind him, a backdrop of yellow. Discord sighed with relief as he realised his wings still worked. He decided to be fiendish as revenge, and flew up towards the ponies, looking for tricks to play. It was then that a leaf flew past his path, and he heard Pinkie Pie screaming as it did so. He smirked and followed them, clinging to the bottom of the leaf. Unaware of Discord's presence, Pinkie and Spike screamed as the wind eventually carried them towards the hall.

Chapter 2 - hmhmh6532

Rarity felt discomforted by the current situation. Her little Spikey Wikey was about the size of a seed. Along with Pinkie, who has brought her such joy throughout the years of their friendship. Just the thought that anything could end their lives at that size scared her beyond belief. She had to calm down at the main dining hall to ease her booming heart and get some clean air into her lungs.
Pinkie, Spike, and an undetected Discord were still traversing the castle on the leaf when they ended up in the same hall where Rarity was. The sight of the leaf heading toward her put Rarity in a state of shock. "Spike? P-Pinkie" Rarity questioned, mouth agape at the sight headed toward her.
Rarity really needs to learn to keep her mouth shut. The leaf - which was going at a devastatingly fast 9 MPH - ended up getting sucked right into Rarity's mouth.
"OH MY HEAVENS!" Rarity shrieked as she realized what had transpired. Suddenly, her shouts of anguish became coughs of anguish as the leaf and its contents disappeared down her throat.
Spike and Pinkie's POV was just about as frightening as Rarity's. They were surfing the air when suddenly their entire world became dark and damp. Fearing what would happen next, Spike jumped off and landed on something squishy, separating him from Pinkie. Discord was still underneath the leaf, unaware of where he was. He was enjoying his ride up until everything got dark.
"Hey?" Discord piqued, "Who turned off the lights?"
Spike became aware that he was separated from Pinkie. He had no idea where he was. He couldn't recognize what this room of the castle could possibly be. Using his dragon instincts, he took a cautious look at his surroundings. Spike looked to his right and saw a giant, wet, pink floor, which huge pillar-like white squares were encompassing. He looked up, and saw some sort of dangling cylinder chandelier which was dripping with some sort of liquid. Spike looked down, and found he was staring into a dark, moving pit dripping with the same liquid substance surrounding it.
It didn't take long for Spike to put two and two together.
"OH MY HEAVENS!" blasted a familiar-sounding voice directly out of the pit in front of Spike which nearly threw out his eardrums.
"Oh no!" Spike panicked. "I'm in Rarity's-!"
Spike didn't have time to finish his thought, as coughs erupted from Rarity's throat which made the tonsil Spike was on constantly go in and out, propelling him off of it and down into her oesophagus. Spike's life flashed before his eyes when all of a sudden, he collided with something pink.
"Pinkie!" Spike shouted, "Are you okay!"
"Okay!?" Pinkie retorted, "I have never had so much fun in all my LIFE! Do you know how much I have been wanting to explore one of my friends from the inside? Didn't think Rarity would be the one, but I can see what's inside their stomachs and find out the kind of food they secretly like so I can prepare it for my next party!"
"Well Pinkie, I think you are about to get your wish." Spike said, as they tumbled down Rarity's oesophagus, where they were about to meet their surprise guest.

Spike now knows what it feels like to be squished out of a toothpaste tube. Rarity's oesophagus constantly squished him and Pinkie down into her stomach, along with the tremendously loud roaring of her lungs and the increasing beat of her heart. Rarity's fear of having just swallowed Spike and Pinkie combined with her running to the rest of the Mane Six made her insides work overtime.
After what felt like an eternity, Spike and Pinkie reached their final destination in the stomach. Now that they were free-falling, Spike remembered what was in stomachs besides food: acid! Spike looked over to Pinkie with small tears forming in his eyes. "I-It was nice knowing you Pinkie." Pinkie however was doing flips in the air. They landed with a splash in the stomach acid, and instead of the feeling of his scales being melted off of his skin, Spike instead felt he just dipped into a nice jacuzzi. Spike swam up to the surface, gasping for air. "Must've been something in the potion that kept us safe. Well, at least we aren't dead at this very second, right Pinkie?" Spike looked all around to try to spot the pink mare. "...Pinkie?"
"Woooohoooo!" Came a giant yelp from the corner of the stomach. Spike found Pinkie on a giant curved disk. "Sour cream and onion chips!? Who knew Rarity had this kind of taste? Just wait until I whip these out at our next party! She will flip!"
Before Spike could question why the chip wasn't just a giant puddle of mush, he had to get Pinkie's attention. However, she had already noticed him without a second's glance, and did a high dive right into the stomach acid beside the leaf, now already half-digested. The acid that went up into the air formed a giant "10" before landing back. Pinkie approached Spike, unfazed as she spat Rarity's stomach acid out of her mouth as if it were water from a fountain.
"Um Pinkie," Spike said, "as much as I am afraid to admit that I kind of like this current situation too, if we can't find a way out of here we probably won't have another party ever again!"
That got Pinkie's attention. She looked around and tried to find a way out. The way back up into the oesophagus was unclimbable. The only foreseeable way out was into Rarity's small intestine, but considering they hadn't brought raincoats, that idea was trashed. Pinkie and Spike thought harder than they had ever thought before, and the sounds of Rarity's organs surrounding them didn't help with the planning. "Well... why don't we just ask that Discord-looking guy if he knows a way out." Pinkie pointed over to a section of the stomach, where Discord was laying in a hammock that was built between two hay fries. At first the pair were shocked at his sudden presence. "Hmm, must be a relative." Pinkie concluded.
"DISCORD!" Spike yelled out, which caused Discord to lower his shades and look at the dragon and mare.
"Oh, so you two actually survived. Marvellous..." With a snap of his fingers, Discord disappeared out of sight, leaving a heavily confused Spike and a smiling Pinkie.
"Yes!" Pinkie shouted throwing a hoof into the air. "Now he's gonna go get his brother Discord; he'll save us!"
After face-palming, Spike explained, "Look Pinkie, that WAS Discord. He must've disguised himself as that statue and tagged along with us, and I don't think he's coming back." Spike concluded grimly.
"...So Discord is an only child?" Pinkie questioned, prompting another groan from Spike.

Discord reappeared outside of Rarity's stomach in her chest cavity, where he found himself getting hit repeatedly in the head by a 120 beat-per-minute heart. Discord backed off, and rested himself on one of the ribs, rubbing his fingers against his temples.
"So, let me get this straight. I am stuck at this size, Twilight Sparkle's butt monkey and that pink pony are also in the same situation and I am probably never gonna have Tuesday Tea with Fluttershy ever again. ...Oh well, I've been through worse. At least my magic appears to work in here somehow." Discord found it extremely difficult to concentrate with the noise going on with Rarity's organs, so he turned her lungs into balloons and her heart into a pillow, softening the noise.
Meanwhile, Rarity was still running around Ponyville trying to find her friends when all of a sudden, huge pains struck her chest. It was as if a major change in her organs had suddenly occured.
"Ooooh! Curse these stiches!" Rarity struggled to say while clasping a hoof to her chest. "But I mustn't give up! I have to find my friends and get Spikey-Wikey out of my body!" Rarity continued her search through Ponyville. "...Oh, and Pinkie too."
Discord was still lying on his hammock in Rarity's ribcage trying to think of a plan to get back to normal size. His mind was still on Spike and Pinkie, who were stuck in the stomach. Discord tossed and turned but couldn't shake the thoughts away. "Oh fine! I guess I might as well get them out of her first before hatching a plan. Celestia might stone me for months if she finds out about this." With a snap of his fingers, he turned Rarity's organs back to normal, and disappeared.
Spike was still trying to grasp the reality of potentially living in Rarity's stomach. He would have to eat the same food she ate, and drink the same liquids that she drank. Whilst sharing a life with his crush naturally appealed, he would never be able to taste the succulent taste of rubies and gems anymore. His entire world was turned upside down and he had no idea how to handle it. Pinkie on the other hand was quite the opposite, playing tic-tac-toe with herself on a mushed up biscuit.
"Ohh straight across the middle! You win again, me." Pinkie declared. She then dashed to the other side.
"Well I've won a consecutive 864 games of tic-tac-toe." Pinkie stated. "You need some serious training." She rolled over to her side again. "I've played with Maud several times back at the rock farm, but she keeps insisting that she wants to use rocks instead of X's. So I tried to complain to mom that Maud wasn't playing fair, but she than asked why I wasn't working hard enough on the farm. Then I said 'Mom, I already poured two glasses of orange juice on Dad's papaya plants to the point of it being tall enough to climb to the treasuredesureweasure...ICAN'TTAKETHISANYMORE!!! PINKIE WANTS OUT!"
Pinkie then grasped the walls of the stomach only to fly back into the acid. Spike had never seen Pinkie act so desperate before; it was almost kind of sad. Swimming up to her, Spike tried to stop Pinkie from punching the stomach walls, where she then collapsed into tears.
"It's alright Pinkie, something is bound to happen that will get us out of here." Spike insisted. "The girls will soon figure out where we are. In fact, Discord might come back and save us."
"W-Well, what are the odds of that happening?" Pinkie blubbered out.
Discord popped in suddenly and grabbed Spike and Pinkie ("...Oh so that's the odds" Pinkie said.). Within seconds the three vanished as quick as Discord had appeared.

The Mane Six (minus 2) were all gathered in Sugar Cube Corner brainstorming ideas to get Pinkie and Spike back to normal. Mr. and Mrs. Cake were able to whip up snacks for the girls in Pinkie's absence but not even the aroma of the sweets were able to bring them out of their funk. Rainbow dragged her hooves in front of her face. "Twilight, I know I might sound like a jerk here, but you are the only one who can think of a way to fix this problem. Can't you just make another potion that can make ponies grow or something?"
"Making particles grow is much more difficult than making them shrink." Twilight retorted. "It took all of my skills in alchemy to even make that shrink potion. It may take me months, if not years, to make a growing potion. We are going to need some serious magic quick if we want to make them get back to normal size soon. Something even beyond the powers of the princesses."
At that moment, Rarity burst through the doors looking as if she had just ran a marathon. "TWILIGHT!" Rarity galloped up to the table and fell face first next to Twilight. "PINK! SPIKE! LEAF! ATE! SEARCHED! YOU! NOW!" She was gasping between each word as if she tried to tell a cohesive story. Fluttershy approached Rarity and offered her a smoothie to calm her down.
"Rarity, please have my pomegranate smoothie. You're kind of scaring us."
"What are you doing!" Rarity backed away as if she was offended. "Don't you know that Spikey is allergic to pomegranate!?" Everypony looked at Rarity as if she had lost her mind. "Oooooh how do I explain this without putting you into a state of shock?" She took her time to form her words correctly. "Well...that leaf you put Spike and Pinkie on. It sort of...blew away in the wind and.... into my mouth... and I kind of... well...ate them." Silence befell the Mane Six. After what seemed like an eternity, everypony answered back with a resounding "WHAT!?" "Oh I know!" Rarity began sobbing into her hooves. "I should have kept my big mouth shut!"
"So let me get this straight," Applejack said through her confused haze, "Spike and Pinkie...are inside you right now? You ate them?!"
"NO!" Rarity sat upright, "I didn't mean to swallow them! I-It's just that... well it was in the heat of the moment. I was so shocked I just started choking and by the time I was done they were... Oh Twilight!" Rarity ran up to Twilight and threw her hooves over her shoulders, putting her into a pin-lock. "You have to believe me! I had no ill intent! I just c-can't deal with the fact that Spikey and Pinkie could be in mortal danger inside of my- ..." Rarity stopped, suddenly remembering just exactly what the content of a stomach is besides food.
"Rarity?" Twilight questioned as Rarity's eyes filled to the brim with tears. "What's wrong?"
"...Twilight." Rarity said, still keeping her grasp on Twilight. "Can you use you magic to sense any signs of life in my stomach?"
Twilight suddenly understood what she meant. She knew that the potion keeps skin intact under extreme circumstances in case something like this were to happen, but just to make sure Rarity didn't have a heart attack she decided to satisfy her by checking anyway. She cast a spell over Rarity to check for signs of life.
         ...She couldn't find anything.
Confusion hit Twilight like a shovel to the face. "But... that's impossible. I can't find them anywhere."
Rainbow, Applejack and Fluttershy let out silent gasps. Fluttershy appeared to have tears forming in her eyes. "So... they..." Fluttershy began meekly.
Twilight was quick to react. "No, you don't understand. The po-" It was too late: Rarity had already heard what she dreaded to hear. She lifted her head back and began to cry immensely at the thought of Spike's remains evaporating in her stomach. Twilight felt confusion more than sadness, because she knew that Spike and Pinkie would still be alive if they got swallowed. So why weren't they in there?. Twilight tried to think but couldn't concentrate as she was basically pinned by Rarity, forced to stare directly into her crying maw.
          That's when she noticed something.
Looking into Rarity's throat, Twilight noticed something that stood out on Rarity's left tonsil below her uvula. Using her magic, Twilight quickly extracted the object from Rarity's throat just as she seemed to calm down. And by calm down, meaning pass out and having Rainbow and Applejack fan her. Twilight examined the object closely. "This makes no sense." Twilight declared, "It's one of Spike's scales."
"B-But how does that make n-no sense?" Fluttershy said, trying to hide her sniffles.
"The potion that shrank Pinkie and Spike had 50 milligrams of cyforium, an incredibly non-corrosive substance. Hydrochloric acid in her stomach shouldn't have done anything to them."
Rarity sat bolt upright out of her trance, nearly knocking Applejack over. "So they are both alive!?" she said with a quick smile running over her face, feeling thankful that she wasn't to be a murderer.
"But that's the part that makes no sense. If you didn't...ahem, digest Spike and Pinkie, then how can one of Spike's scales be in your throat and yet no signs of life?" Twilight thought hard about this situation.
"Maybe they already went out the back door?" Rainbow suggested with a smirk. Fluttershy looked slightly sick at the thought.
"N-No," Rarity answered, "I've been looking for you girls ever since swallowing the infernal leaf. I wouldn't dare do my womanly responsibilities in a situation like this."
Applejack was just about as confused as everypony else. "So let me get this straight: if Rarity ate Spike and Pinkie and they ain't in her body anymore, then where in heck are they now?"
"That's exactly what I'm afraid of." Twilight said, looking around at everypony.
The search was on.

Chapter 3 - Lukington17

As the ponies began to search, Twilight shouted "WAIT!!", gesturing towards the hooves of Rarity, Applejack and herself. Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy will have to search, all we can do is stay still for now in case they're in here somewhere".
"Oh, just what I need" Rarity sighed, "swallowing them and then crushing the poor things..." The two pegasi meanwhile began their search of the dining hall.
"Nope, can't see 'em" Rainbow shouted down to the ponies, barely looking around. Rarity was beginning to sob at the idea of losing her friends again, to which Rainbow moaned, "Oh come on, they're probably totally fine, in here somewhere. How dumb can you be anyway to swallow your friends?! Hahaha" She laughed to herself but Applejack gave her a vicious look.
"Look!" Fluttershy belted out, pointing at a leaf that was floating out of the doorway. The ponies thought that maybe the shrunken pair might have reattempted their meeting point, and so they chased after it.

Meanwhile, Discord propped up Spike and Pinkie in front of him. It was then that the pair realised they were on the grand dining table, stretching out for miles either way they looked. "What are you doing, Discord?! Help us get back to normal!" Spike ordered, but Discord held out his hands to silence him.
"My, what an extremely unorthodox way to show your gratitude" He remarked. Spike was confused. "After all, did I not just save you two fools from certain doom in that fashionista's stomach?"
Spike murmured, "...Erm, I-I guess. But you grazed me on the way up outta there". He pointed at his missing scale. "It fell off somewhere and it hurts like hell, Discord".
"Oh well, I was having fun in there!" Pinkie exclaimed, "but Rarity was probably super scared".
"Yes, and now we have to figure a way out of this mess" Discord said, assuming authority. He muttered plans to himself quietly and clicked fingers, trying to rediscover his once-again lost magic, whilst Applejack and Rainbow Dash came back into the room, seemingly tired from chasing the leaf.
"They're wasting their time. That leaf was gone with the wind; Pinkie and Spike will probably be on it waiting for it to land far away from here." Rainbow said.
"You're probably right, Dash" Applejack agreed, "but for now let's stay here."
Rainbow's tummy rumbled. "Ugh, ya got any apple pies or something for me? Haven't eaten today yet."
"I can sure make one" Applejack dashed off into the kitchen whilst Rainbow circled the table and chose a seat.
Discord addressed his companions. "I have a plan. It's complicated, but it should safely see us out the - " He was interrupted as a breeze swept them off the table. Rainbow Dash's flapping wings sent them up in the air and they crashed down on the table in-front of her. The shrunken trio were in a daze and couldn't see what was going on, face-first in the table. Suddenly, a massive object came over them as they were covered in its shadow.
"Mmm! Smells like apples!" Pinkie said, licking her lips.
"Smells like apples..." Spike said to himself, as they were unknowingly squashed under Applejack's pie. "What is this...?" Spike muffled, as they were all suddenly picked up off the table, clinging on to the object for dear life.
"There y'are, ma finest recipe!" Applejack said proudly, as Rainbow picked the entire pie up off the table and took a bite. Twilight and Rarity walked in slowly, looking sad. "What happened?"
"We lost it. A strong wind. They're probably miles from here now" Twilight sighed, before turning to Rainbow. "Thanks a lot Rainbow, you didn't exactly help us."
Rainbow put her pie down, "Hey, it's not my fault - I'm not dumb like Rarity! It's nothing to do with me now." She brought the pie back up to her mouth.

On the side of the pie, the trio had begun climbing it and almost immediately realised where they were. "Oh, cra-" Discord said, as Rainbow's massive mouth opened wide in front of them. Their view was perfect: the huge mouth became all they could see, with Rainbow's pink wet tongue curling up, almost luring them in. Everywhere apple-y saliva drooled from the roof of her mouth. Soon, they were engulfed in the pegasus' mouth. Behind them, the teeth crashed down into the pie and began chewing, crushing the pie and apple pieces to crumbs as saliva was secreted and formed a pool around the tongue. "Stay with me" Discord shouted, grabbing Pinkie and Spike and using his little wings as best he could do hold them up. He flew towards Rainbow's uvula, where it appeared to be safe from the chaos around them. There was a thud and a crash as her teeth clenched together and grinded the food. Eventually, the lump of bolus was tossed by Rainbow's tongue to the back of her throat, and the trio screamed as the uvula swung as the food passed under them. With an almighty gulp, it disappeared down her dark black throat.
"Mmm, that was so good, Applejack" Rainbow said, patting her stomach, "did you put a new ingredient in there?" Applejack shook her head but smiled, as Rainbow licked her lips clean.
Completely unbeknownst to her, the missing trio, right inside her mouth, jumped down from her uvula onto the tongue. "This is kinda cool" Spike said, admiring Rainbow's neatly-aligned sets of teeth.
"Is it...20% cooler than Rarity?" Pinkie winked. "Anyway ew she needs to brush!" She pointed at Rainbow's teeth, which at closer glance had crumbs in-between them as well as occasional cracks and plaque.
Discord snapped his fingers at them. "Pay attention!" he said, "Now look, we're almost in the same problem as with Rarity. This time, no one knows we're here. We need a plan and fast. I suggest we attract the ponies' attention somehow. We could go up to the- " Again he was cut off:
-Rainbow was smirking at Twilight, who was still complaining that she had not helped look. "Ugh, maaan all that searching and pie has made me tired" she said sarcastically, before letting out a huge yawn.
Inside the mouth, the trio were lifted up off the soft surface of Rainbow's tongue and almost blinded as the front teeth opened up to let all the light come pouring in. "Sh-She's yawning!" Spike yelled, as the trio - held together by Discord - were hoisted into the air by the lurching tongue and caught in the airwaves that came rushing into Rainbow's mouth, hurtling them past her dangly uvula as it swayed and tumbling down the flyer's throat. As they fell, Spike noticed a turning to the lungs went sailing past as they hurtled down into the stomach. They fell into the acid with a huge splash and resurfaced, watching the stomach in action. The recently-consumed pie was being digested as the stomach walls kept moving around all of Rainbow's eaten food.
"Oooh, sweetcorn! Dash never told me she liked that!" Pinkie chirped, adding to a list she was creating. She noticed how all the cider Rainbow loved so much was acidic itself and appeared to be corroding her stomach lining slightly. Discord was drawing something, sitting on an un-chewed corn kernel.
"Whatcha doing?" Spike asked, jumping up alongside him and calling Pinkie to join them.
"It's a map of the pony body" Discord explained, "this will help us find our way around better". The map was a detailed outline of Rainbow Dash from the side, complete with her choppy hair, tail and wings, and a red dot indicating their current location in the belly. "Let's cause a stomach ache; that'll hopefully attract attention" he suggested.
"Food fight!" chirped Pinkie, as they began throwing food around the stomach, banging it against the walls and churning up whirlpools of acid.
-"Oooow" Rainbow Dash moaned, clenching her tummy.
"Serves ya right for wolfing down ma pie." Applejack pointed out before giggling.
"Here, I'll get you an indigestion pill," Twilight offered, going off and returning with a small pill. "Take it with this" She gave Rainbow the pill and a glass of water, and so Rainbow opened her mouth and tossed the pill onto her tongue.
Inside her stomach, the trio watched in despair as a huge pill the size of a plane splashed in, accompanied with a load of water. "Damn, they didn't give it a second thought" Discord cursed. "Wait! The brain! We can send signals through her eyes or something! We'll need her to burp" They made a huge bubble of acid rise up and jumped inside it, as it rose up Rainbow's throat.
-"Err that pill's reeeally not sitting good..." Rainbow said, as she covered her mouth expectantly.
The bubble rose to the tonsils at the back of her throat and she burped, and as the mouth opened the bubble popped and sent the trio onto her tongue, where Discord snapped his fingers hopefully and to his delight, they vanished from Rainbow's mouth.

They arrived inside Rainbow Dash's brain and explored a bit as all around them nerves and neurons made spark noises and everything seemed lively. Discord moved the red dot to the centre of Rainbow's head on his map, whilst Spike and Pinkie located Rainbow's memory, and realising that by touching certain points of the brain's surface in here enabled them to share in Rainbow's thoughts, found classic moments they had all shared together such as the Grand Galloping Gala and Rainbow's acceptance into the Wonderbolts Academy. In her 'fears' section was a dream of her being shamed by the Wonderbolts and laughed at by her rivals like Lightning Dust, and also a strange scene involving dancing flowers and cute animals. "Come over here" Discord ordered. He tapped into Rainbow's eyesight, having found the optic nerve system leaving from her brain and splitting in two. The trio watched as suddenly they were able to see what Rainbow saw, even her blinks, through two eye-holes mimicking Rainbow's. Right now Twilight, Applejack and Rarity were looking at her.
They were looking into Rainbow Dash's gaping mouth. "No, can't see anything red or sore in there, Dashie" Twilight said, as Rainbow closed her mouth.
"Ugh, this hurts" She moaned, rubbing her throat.
-"Let's see if I can..." Discord said, but without finishing his sentence, he sent an instruction for Rainbow's eyes to blink excessively.
"W-What are you doing, Rainbow?" Fluttershy said frightened.
"I...don't know!" She replied, also getting worried. "I can't control it!"
"Wait a second..." Twilight said, beginning to realise the abnormal manifestation. She spoke loudly at a confused Rainbow: "If you're in there guys, blink three times".
"What are you on about, Twilight?!" Rainbow said. But the ponies all then gasped: she blinked three times as she spoke.

"Success! Oh, this is brilliant, we're saved!" Discord exclaimed as Pinkie cheered. "They know we're here; Twilight Sparkle will get us out" he added.
However, there was a problem. Its name was Rainbow Dash. She was screaming and shouting that it was all 'on purpose' and that, being the most awesome pony, always had stuff under control. The ponies didn't believe it though, and Rarity allowed herself a laugh in Rainbow's face. Twilight had vanished back to her lab to try and find a potion to solve the problem, whilst the others tried to calm down Rainbow.
"Oh...my God, those tiny guys are in my eyes, how in the name of Celestia is that possible?!" Rainbow cried.
"It's fine, Dashie, calm down. Everything will be fine" Rarity soothed.
Twilight suddenly rushed in with a potion screaming, "I've got it, I've got it, why didn't I think of it before?!"
Rarity made a harumph, annoyed about what she'd had to go through prior to Twilight's apparent realisations. "Rainbow, we're gonna have to get them out of there by going in first..." Twilight began.
          "Come again?" Applejack interrupted.
"Well, this potion has an anti-Zeromac nullifying agent that would counter the Zeromac already in their bodies, enlarging them back to normal size after five minutes. However, I can't apply it to them at this size because even the tiniest droplet to us would be too big for them and drown them, if not kill them because of other substances I'd rather not mention. So some of us will have to shrink down and go into Rainbow's brain with the potion and apply it to them in there first-hand. I call it...the Growth Potion"
"Inspiring" Applejack joked in the awkward silence.
"NO WAY. Nuh-uh. No one else is going inside here" Rainbow protested, pointing at herself. "Get them out another way. Why can't you just get them out now and then apply it out here?"
"We don't want a repeat of what's happened the last few times we've tried that."
"No, sorry. Not doing it." Rainbow turned away and headed towards another room which she presently locked herself in.
"What do we do now?" Fluttershy asked. But Twilight had already devised a cunning plan, even smiling as she looked at the ponies.
She called out to Rainbow loudly, "Okay, Rainbow Dash, we don't have to do that; I'll think of something else..." and then, among the confused faces of Rarity, Fluttershy and Applejack, gathered them in as they walked out. "We're gonna have to do it anyway, whether she knows about it or not."
