A very metaphorical poem about keeping yourself ignorant as a defense against harsh truths
It may be the truth

But I'll still go mad

As you pull each tooth

In my mouth gone bad


Cavities caused by sweets

Sweet ignorance, more so

Thus each morsel one eats

Urges the rot to grow
