"The Searchseeker" looks for a dab of spirit-wisdom amidst a maze of confusing emotions.

Searchseeker


I am seeking,

searching the night stars

for a dab of spirit-wisdom;

but I am heavy-hearted,

mired in a maze of desperation,

seeking peace

in order to overcome

the flatlands of a depression

born of warring mind-soldiers

fighting to know who they are,

these thirsting thoughts of the Darkness

which long

to be birthed into Light.
