A little poem about my life when I sink into depression.
Darkness lurks inside my soul
spewing into reality and
causing great pain.

Obvious love I know,
but am not worthy of.

It saps energy and mind
creating a great abyss,
the thread of hope too thin.

Darkness is blinding,
though I see clearly.

Hatred and regret seeps
to the surface to
a slobbery black mess.
