James 5:9
Grudge not one against another, brethen, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door.

For short visits or encounters, we can be patient with one another. But when we work or travel together our patience can become stretched thin. We know God wants us to get along and live in peace with others. That is why we become troubled when we lose our patience, because of something someone may do or say. At times we think bad thoughts, or go and complain to others about a person that is getting on our nerves. Sometimes we say careless words to their face, that can hurt their feelings. What we need to remember is that God is in control. This means we need to hold our thoughts in, and not let the tongue hurt others. To go to God in prayer, and pray for Him to make changes in this person, and to pray for Him to help us to more patient with others. To make the necessary changes in us, to make us a better servant for Him.

Lord Let Me Be Patient With Others

Dear Lord, help me to be patient with others
Not to say things that hurt, my sisters and brothers

Lord, teach me to hold my tongue
So that positive things can be done

Let everything that I do
Bring praise and glory to you

Dear Lord, teach me Your way
Help me to watch what I do and say

Help me Lord to be more understanding
And of others to be less demanding

To others let me always be kind
To think before I say what is on my mind





 

Matthew 16:24
Then said Jesus unto His disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

Sometimes we must take a look at ourselves and reflect on our lives. Are we where God would have us to be? Are we following God closely, or at a distance? We need to take inventory of ourselves. To search deep inside our heart to see if there is changes that need to be made. After evaluating honestly and very carefully we need to pray for God to put in the changes that need done. We need to let God have complete control, to truly make the changes that would be fitting to Him. To be able to follow Jesus must let Him have His way in our life. To completely make the changes that are required to serve God completely. To do away with our evil ways, thoughts, and actions. We need to let God place His love in our heart, and to let Him guide our every step. We need to let Him to search our heart, and decide what is rubbish and what items can stay. We have to be completely honest with ourselves when we reflect on what changes that God would like us to make. We have to be willing to let Him be first in our life. To do His will should be our number one priority. God will take care of all the rest.

Reflect On Your Life

When you reflect on your life what do you truly see?
Does your mirror reflect what God would want it to be?

Are you missing the links in your life that God would request?
Telling the lost about Jesus, have we done our very best?

Is your reflection completely black?
Faith in God, do you sometimes lack?

As you reflect does your world seem so wrong?
Have you turned to Jesus, to help you stay strong?

As I reflect on my life, I don't like what is revealed
I need to live my life better for Jesus, and have my soul filled

I began to pray as I reflect on the things that I have done
I repent of my sins, before Jesus God's only Son

Even though I have been saved, I have failed God indeed
I cry out to Him Father, forgive me for my sins I plead

My reflection begins to look a lot more clear, it isn't so dark
I am so happy that one day my soul was hit by Jesus' spark

Dear Lord fill me with the Holy Spirit and let me do Thy will
And a better person my reflection can reveal



 

John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

I love this verse because it expresses God's love for every sinner. He did not want us to die in our sins. He loved us so much that He gave His only begotten Son Jesus Christ to die for our sins.God provide a way that every sinner could be saved. That we should not perish, but have ever lasting life. God's love amazes me, and so does the mercy that He extends daily. Let us give praise to God for His love, mercy, and grace. He saw our need, and sent Jesus to provide a way that there would be no more separation from Him. By believing that Jesus is God's only Son and accepting Him into our heart we can be saved. We must repent of our sins and let Jesus wipe away the old, and be washed in the blood of the Lamb. Basically to let Jesus cleanse our heart and soul, and we become a new creature. If Jesus has saved us old things pass away, and we want to do God's will. Now that is not to say that Satan is not going to torment us daily. When we try to work for God and do His will, Satan really wants to sift us. So we have to be prepared, read our bible daily and talk daily with God our Father in Heaven. No the road will not be easy, but God will lead our direction. Jesus will be our Guide, He will see us safely home. Today I want to Praise God In Heaven For Sending His Only Son To Die For Our Sins. Thank You Father For Loving All Sinners and For Providing a Way For ALL Sinners to Escape Satan's Trap.

Father, Today we want to Thank You for sending Jesus Christ
So that all that believe can receive eternal life

Thank You Father, for sending Your only Son
So that Your will could be done

Thank You Dear Father, for Your amazing love
For sending Your only Son from Heaven above

Father, we are grateful that You made a way so all could be saved
By accepting Jesus Christ, the rest of the way has been paved

Father, Thank You for loving a sinner like me
For sending Your only Son to us all free

Thank You Father, for sending Jesus that if we believe we shall not perish
Dear God in Heaven, Your gift of love and mercy we truly do cherish

Thank You for sending Jesus to save all sinners who will believe on His name
Thank You Father, You sacrifice so much by Jesus suffering so much pain

Thank You Father, for sending Jesus to knock at this sinners heart
He saved me one night, and from Him I never want to depart

I want Jesus to walk me over Jordan one Grand Day
Where with Him for ever I want to stay

 

Isaiah 48:17 Thus saith the LORD, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the LORD thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go.

Today, I am thankful to be able to get up and walk. I have been blessed by God to be able to walk, and take the steps that He would have me to make. God gives us the strength to be able to physically get around. He makes it possible for us to have shoes to wear when we walk. God's love is more than sufficient, He provides everything that you and I may need. I am thankful for God's love and guidance in my life. I pray that I will submit and commit to the plans that God has for my life. That I will be willing to walk what ever path that the Father chooses we need to trod. I truly know that God will be with us, no matter what direction He leads us to follow.

Father, today I am thankful that I could get out of bed and walk
That I can tell others about Jesus, because You allow me to talk

Thank You for allowing us to wake up today
Lead us Father, in what You need us to do and say

Father, show us the direction we are to take
What path we are to follow is Your decision to make

God, I thank You for guiding every step of the way
Thank You Father, for allowing us to see this beautiful day

Father, let us make a difference in someones life
Let us give words of encouragement to others that feel strife

Let us be sure to tell the lost of Jesus Christ
So that they can accept Him and eternal life


 

Philippians 3:12-14

12.Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.

13.Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,

14.I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Have you ever had one of those days, that chaos thrives in your life. Trials and tribulations just over take you. Then some one you know does an act that just tears you apart. They take and cut you to the very core, and then you think this is nothing that I deserved. They hurt you just to make themselves feel good. They feel no remorse for their acts of cruelty, and they just move on to their next victim. I am amazed that someone can hurt others so deeply, and it does not seem to bother them at all. Things like this have been happening for a few day, and today I realized I can not focus on them anymore. They have to be left in yesterday, yes in the past is where they belong. I must forgive the ones who has hurt those I love. I must pray for them and ask God to help me not hold resentment. I will pray that they will be more kind and loving towards others. That they will see that their actions can destroy others self-esteem. I will keep my eye on the main prize, one day when we get to see Jesus Christ. I will follow His example of love and forgiveness. I will not hold on to yesterday, I will let the past go. I will live for this moment, and leave anger and bitterness out of my life. I have no room for such petty things. God will help us work through all the mixed emotions, and help us throw away the ones that need to go.

Father, help me to leave yesterday in the past
So that I can move on with today at last

Help us to forgive and learn to let go of the anger
Let resentment and bitterness to us be a stranger

Let us not keep focusing on the hurt
Let us bury all obstacles in the dirt

Never to dig them up, let them never again to be sought
To remind that through Jesus Christ my forgiveness was bought

Father, let us live for today
To let yesterday fade away

Not to dwell and just remember all the pain
No to focus on things that drive us insane

Let us focus on the blessings that we have been given
That through Jesus Christ every one of sins are forgiven

Father, let us always look toward the main prize
Not to hide hurt and resentment in disguise

To let all the things of yesterday pass
To forgive and love, until the very last

 

Psalms34:15
The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, And His ears are open to their cry.

When we cry out in desperation, God hears our cries. He knows when we are going through rough times. He opens His arms and waits for us to go to them for comfort. God knows when our hearts are broken, when our life is nothing but a mess. He will carry us when we can no longer make it on our own. He will give us comfort, and provide our every need. God hears our every plea, He will never leave us comfort-less. When you feel like you are at your wits end, go to God in prayer and tell Him all about it.He cares what happens to us, He wants to provide for us, we just have to turn to Him. When everything seems wrong God can send you the greatest blessings if we will just trust and believe in His power.

Father, we know there is nothing You can not do
All things are completely possible through You

When we are about to lose everything that we own
You are with us, we are never ever alone

You will give us everything that we need that I know
Because our Father in heaven loves us so

You hear us whenever we are lonely and may cry
You hold us in Your arms when to family we must say goodbye

Your eyes are upon us watching and protecting us along the way
You ears are opening and listening to our cries every single day


 

Hebrews 4:16
Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy,and find grace to help in time of need.

Many times in our life we drift away from God, when thing in our life are going good. Then when the storm clouds begin to form we seek Him fast. God wants us to stay in His presence daily. He wants to hear from us when everything is going great. He wants us to talk with Him when things are bad. No matter the times may be happy or sad, God wants to hear about all the things in our life. Let us keep close to God daily. Talk with Him in prayer, and seek His guidance every single day. When things go wrong God will help us deal with everything. Let us walk in the direction God would have us to go, and let Jesus be our Guide every step that we take. Let us be a shining light for God everyday. Let us strive to tell the lost about Jesus Christ. Pray for God to give us wisdom, to know what He needs us to do in this life. If we keep close to God daily, He will be with us in every storm and know exactly what is going on. He already knows what is going on, He just wants to hear it from us personally.

Father, we come to Your throne of grace
Seeking You and Your loving embrace

Father, we seek Your mercy in our time of despair
Knowing that You love us, and will always be there

No matter what we may experience in this life
We can make it because of Your Son Jesus Christ

Father, let us seek You in good times and bad
To keep in touch daily, if we are happy or sad

Let us speak to You daily, and sing Your praise
To share Your love with everyone all of our days

Father, in our time of need hear our prayer
To wrap us in Your arms in our time of despair

Father, forgive us when we fail to keep in touch
Because we truly know that hurts You so much

Let us include You Father in every decision we ever make

Jeremiah 33:3
Call unto me, and I will answer thee and show thee great and mighty things.

God wants us to come to Him, in good times and bad. He wants us to call upon Him daily, to have a personal relationship with Him. God wants us to place our complete trust in Him, to believe that He will provide our every need. God wants to take care of us. He want to show us that with Him all things are possible. Our Father in heaven, wants to show us the great and mighty things He can do. To place our complete trust in Him, and believe in His only Son Jesus Christ, is what God wants from us. He wants to shower His blessings upon us. He truly loves us and wants to show us His power, by removing the mountains that stand in our way. If we call upon God, He will answer our plea.

God Will Answer

Our Father in heaven, is mighty and great
To move the mountains in our path, He won't hesitate

He wants us to give Him our complete trust
He can do anything, like forming man from dust

God can move all of our mountains
He can let blessings flow from His fountains

God in heaven is full of power
He wants to bless us every hour

If we place our faith in Him, and no one else
He will do things I can not do by myself

God's strength is greater than anything
The love He gives, makes our heart sing

God wants to lead and guide our direction
He wants to give us, His love and affection

He wants us to depend on Him for our every need
He will bless us greatly, and hear our every plead


 

Lamentations 3:23
They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.

Many times in our life we see the storm clouds roll in. When they begin to form, they can grow so dark and black. We begin to wonder if there is any light at the end of the tunnel. We wonder if we will see the sunshine again. God knows what we are going through, He knows when we are experiencing a stormy time in our lives. But God knows that the storm will not last forever. While the stormy day may seem gloomy and slow ending, God promises a fresh new day will come. God is faithful, so we know this promise is true. That we will be greeted by the sun and it warmness and God will wrap us in His arms no matter what we go through.

The Storms May Rage

Dear Lord, help us to allow You to be our Umbrella in times of storms
To cover us spiritually, when dark clouds in our life begin to form

Remind us that after the rain is gone
Things change and a new season comes along

Remind me Lord, that you are with us even when we are torn
When the storm makes us weary and worn

You shelter us when the waves of life knock us down
You are faithful, You take us to higher ground

Soon the storm clouds will roll away
We see the beauty of a brand new day
