Psalm 103:12

12As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

Just as this verse states Jesus loved us so much that He stretched out His arms and died on Calvary for all sinners. As far as the east is from the west is how amazing His love for all sinners is. He came to this earth to die so that you and I could go free. Now that is True Love. At anytime Jesus could have called a legion of angels and removed him self from the cross. Because of His love for all sinners He chose to stay on the cross, so that you and I could go free. He paid the price for all sinners, even though Jesus never committed no sin. All we have to do is confess that He is God's only Son, and that we believe He came to die for our sins. Now that is the Greatest Love I have ever known. Jesus is the Light that shines through the darkness. He will guide us when the storms of life darken our days. He will lead us when we have lost our way. Let us rejoice that Jesus paid the highest price to set us free. Let us give praise to our Father in Heaven for making a way that we could be saved from Hell. God showed His mercy and love by sending Jesus Christ. To die on the cross so that all sinners could be saved. Thank You Father for sending Your only Son to take our place and for saving our soul. Your love is amazing and worthy all the days of our life to sing Your Praise. Thank You Father we love you.

The Greatest Love

Jesus told His disciples love one another, as I have loved you
Jesus gave the greatest gift of love all for me and you

No greater love has anyone known than this
The love of Jesus is something you don't want to miss

Jesus is the only one who lay down His life for His friends
So that all who believe in Him can be forgiven of their sins

Jesus' love is the greatest that I have ever known
By His nail scarred hands His love was shown

To this love nothing can ever compare
When we need Jesus He is always there

Jesus was beaten and had many stripes for our sins
By accepting His great love, life truly just begins

The love that Jesus has for us is so great
He gave His life on Calvary so we can celebrate

The greatest gift of love came from Jesus Christ
Accept Jesus receive the greatest gift of all eternal life






 

1 John 1:4,5
4. And these things we write so that our joy may be made complete.
5. And this is the message we have heard from Him and announce to you, that God is light, and in Him there is no darkness at all.

To me these verses so say much. That as long as we have God we will never be in darkness again. By accepting Jesus, God's light shines on us all the time. We may experience dark storm clouds, and the storm may rage, but God will be our guiding light throughout it all. With God's love surrounding us, we will never be alone again. We will never experience the utter darkness that we once knew before accepting Jesus. Jesus made a way for us to receive salvation by dying on the cross, and He won the victory over darkness when He arose on the third day. He lives today and shines His love on us. Just like God has mercy for all sinners, He showed us His loving grace by giving His only Son so that we never had to walk in darkness again. God's love is amazing, He is to be praised. He loves us so much that He never wanted us to have to be in darkness again. So He shined His light down upon us and gave His only Son for our sins.

God Is Our Light

God is our light shining throughout our life
Shining His love upon us when we face strife

He shines His love upon us day and night
He is our Sword, Shield, and our guiding Light

With our Father in Heaven as our Guide
He will always be right by our side

We never have to walk in darkness again
After making Jesus Christ our Best Friend

God is the Light that will forever shine
He can change your life, like He did mine

No more walking in complete utter darkness anymore
God can protect me from anyone, or anything that is for sure

Let God shine His Light upon You
Accept Jesus that is all you have to do


 

Revelation 21:4

4.And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

In this life we are going to experience pain and suffering. Jesus experienced great suffering and pain. He was rejected and still showed true towards everyone. Jesus knows when our hearts are heavy burdened. That the cares of the world are weighing us down. All we have to do is turn to God and He will remove our heavy load of burdens. He will carry us through the storms of life. Let us just remember that during the night the darkness hovers, but morning will soon be on the way. Jesus is the Light that will forever shine. The storms may arise, but Jesus can cast them away. So no matter what we may be going through Jesus is the anchor in life that will keep our ship afloat.

Father, I come to You with a heavy heart
Feelings of grief tear me completely apart

I feel so helpless all I can do is cry
To try and shake these feeling I try

The help I need comes from Jesus Christ
He can remove these burdens in my life

He can take the load I carry and cast it away
I know that He will help me to face each day

I can find joy once again and be happy again
Because of Your only Son Jesus He is my best Friend
 

Psalm 147:3-5

3.He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.

4.He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names.

5.Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite.

Today my Uncle Roy went home to be with the Lord. He had been sick for five years. He was a miracle here on this earth. God seen him through heart surgery, and let him live long after doctors thought he should have died. God showed great mercy and love towards my Uncle Roy back in 2006. He had open heart surgery and almost died. He had to have the paddles used twice to revive him two days after his surgery. All the family was very concerned about Uncle Roy. One for his physical well being, but number one because he had never accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior. Many prayers went up for God to give him the chance one more time to accept Jesus into his heart and life. God in Heaven let Uncle Roy survive all the surgery and the after effects of his physical illness. God brought him from death's door, and gave him the opportunity that very night to accept Jesus into his heart. That very night Uncle Roy accepted Jesus as His Lord and Savior and the rest of his days he served the Lord. God sent us two miracles during that time, by letting Uncle Roy live longer, and by sending Jesus to knock at his hearts door. Prayer is powerful God can move the mountains that block our path. He answers prayers just like He did in the old days. So when you need a miracle call on the name of Jesus and pray God is always listening. Today I am at peace knowing that Uncle Roy is with Jesus and one day we will see him again. Is Jesus Christ Your Guide in Life? I pray that Jesus dwells in your heart, and that you have accepted Him as Your Lord and Savior. I can not imagine a life without Jesus Christ in it. If anyone be lost I pray that you accept Jesus Christ as your Savior. It is the most important decision you can ever make in your life. I will miss Uncle Roy greatly, but we have the promise that one grand day we will see him again.

Many Loved Ones Will Be Waiting

When my journey in this life comes to an end
I’ll go to Heaven, and be greeted by loved ones and friends

My loved ones will be ready to celebrate

When God calls me home to my reward

Proverbs 3:6
In all thy ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct thy paths.

In our everyday life we experience many difficulties. We go through times that we are tossed about by the waves of life. Problems come our way and make us drift off course. We lose site of the job that God would have us to do. We get wrapped up in everyday problems and forget to consult with God in prayer. When the burdens get to be to much that is when we call out to Jesus to deliver us through all the chaos that we are going through. If we keep the lines of communication open everyday with God in prayer we won't experience so much doubt and confusion in our everyday life. Let us remember to include God in our everyday plans because He may need to alter them for us. May we always let Jesus guide us on the path that we need to take, so that we can do God's will. When we are in doubt to Jesus let us call out and say "Jesus, Help Me Please. Just like in all of this snow in the past three weeks, when you feel that you are slipping and sliding, let Jesus take the wheel. When you know you are heading for the ditch, call out for Jesus to help you out. Some days my life feels like it is spinning out of control, with all that we have been through this last year. Losing so many loved ones in such a short time, has just about taken its toll. God knows what we have faced, and has given a period of rest. Now days I have to remind myself, to just slow down and take a little time for myself. When you focus on everyone for so long, it is so hard to give time to yourself. ;You feel guilty for thinking of yourself. I know that has been the case with me. God knows what we needed and He has provided that needed rest. Today for that I am so thankful.

Jesus Help Me

I am walking in this barren land
So many things I don't understand

People their hearts have grown cold
Some not as caring in the days of old

Jesus, help me to know which way to go
To understand things I need to truly know

Jesus, help me to avoid Satan's trap
To follow the Holy Bible as a road map

Help me to avoid things that will make me stumble
Help make my heart pure, let me always be humble

Jesus help us not to follow the ways of this world
Around Your feet let us always be sitting and curled

When our direction in life we begin to doubt
To You Jesus let us give a loud shout

When life gets us down and our spirit needs a lift

2 Corinthians 9:11
Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God.

When I think about all that God has done for me, I am truly amazed. He has poured so many blessings upon our family. He opens the windows of heaven, and lets the blessings flow. God has blessed us so greatly, we could never count them all. I could never thank God enough for everything that He has done in my life. Number One being for loving us so much, to send His only Son Jesus Christ to die for our sins on the cross. Let us take the time everyday, to stop and thank God for all that we have been given. To bring praise and glory to His name, by telling others how greatly we have been blessed. Let us take the time to remember that waking up each morning is a blessing from our Father in heaven. Not to take one minute for granted. To enjoy our family and friends, and to tell the world of the good news of Jesus Christ.

Dear Lord, you have done so much for me
I haven't done much for you as I can see

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.

Many times life can be cruel. Things happen that will make us question our very existence. Things happen that cause us so much pain grief. Sometimes events can break our heart, and cut us to the core. Changes in our life can shake our faith, and make us lack trust in God. We begin to tell ourselves, it is hard to live our life for God. We begin to think that everything is easy for Him way up in heaven. We begin to think that God doesn't understand all that we go through, God does know and He understands our pain. He sent His only Son to live on this earth, Jesus experienced pain and suffering. He was isolated and rejected by many. He was denied by His own people. We must put our trust in God completely. To let Him take care of all things, regardless. He will lead and guide us. He will carry us through, if we just trust and obey Him. To submit to His will, and trust that He will deliver us no matter what happens.

Trust In The Lord

Lord, in You I place all my trust
To place it in Your hands is a must

No matter what happens today
You will always lead the way

No matter what happens You are there
All my burdens with You I will share

Through all my grief,sorrow, and pain
You wipe my tears that fall like rain

In You I place all my trust, now and forever
One day in heaven, we shall always be together

I know many times my faith is small
But I know that You are Lord of all

I know that many times, I begin to question and doubt
That is when I know with You, I truly can't do without

Father, in You I will place my complete trust
To trust You all my life, is an absolute must

1 John 5:4
For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

Recently I was watching a special presentation on the news. It was telling of the failing housing market. They reported about 2.4 million families have lost their homes to foreclosure, in the past two years. That number is expected to double in the next few years. Many people are losing their jobs, due to the uncertainties of the economy. Everything being unstable is causing a domino effect. In such times like this, it is great to know one foundation remains strong, Jesus Christ. No matter what we may face, or trials that we go through, Jesus will remain by our side. We must keep the faith that God will carry us through all adversity. Through our faith in Jesus Christ, we will win the victory. By keeping God's commandments and believing in Jesus, we can win the victory in any battle. Great faith is the key to getting through any and all situations. Jesus will be with us no matter what obstacles we face in life. God will provide our every need, we must keep the faith and pray believing God will deliver us through all things.

Great Faith

When we become weighed down with worry and strife
Let us go to Jesus in prayer, put Him in charge of our life

When it seems like we are lost in the sea of doubt
Call out to Jesus, give Him a loud humble shout

Through great faith we can win the battle, and declare victory
Only because Jesus Christ died because He loved you and me

When trials and troubles bring us down
Call out to Jesus, He is always around

Keeping the faith, will definitely help win the war
Jesus overcame the world, He lives forever more

In our weakest moments, remember Jesus is strong
No matter what we face, we are never really alone

No matter what our battle, through Jesus we can win
He can do all things, He won the battle over sin

Keep the faith and carry on
Jesus Christ will keep you strong




 

James 5:9
Grudge not one against another, brethen, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door.

For short visits or encounters, we can be patient with one another. But when we work or travel together our patience can become stretched thin. We know God wants us to get along and live in peace with others. That is why we become troubled when we lose our patience, because of something someone may do or say. At times we think bad thoughts, or go and complain to others about a person that is getting on our nerves. Sometimes we say careless words to their face, that can hurt their feelings. What we need to remember is that God is in control. This means we need to hold our thoughts in, and not let the tongue hurt others. To go to God in prayer, and pray for Him to make changes in this person, and to pray for Him to help us to more patient with others. To make the necessary changes in us, to make us a better servant for Him.

Lord Let Me Be Patient With Others

Dear Lord, help me to be patient with others
Not to say things that hurt, my sisters and brothers

Lord, teach me to hold my tongue
So that positive things can be done

Let everything that I do
Bring praise and glory to you

Dear Lord, teach me Your way
Help me to watch what I do and say

Help me Lord to be more understanding
And of others to be less demanding

To others let me always be kind
To think before I say what is on my mind
