Welcome, reader.

In my blog, I am going to record my daily life as daily as possible. This includes the trials of school, home life (not very private stuff) and of course Writing.com.
Be sure to say what you think. I'm trying to make this as funny as possible. Also, the title is from the Japanese video game franchise- Tales of series!

Enjoy reading!

Regards,
Antonia

Right, back on track and its still Friday! (I just noticed a typo in my last entry...)

Today, I did some more revision for History (stated earlier) and...nothing much has happened...again. I also watched Stephanie play Crash Tag Team Racing after borrowing it from Joanne (my cosuin that I saw on Wednesday).
Another day, another week almost gone.

On the other hand...my touchtyping is improving thanks to WDC. I feel so professional...

This is Anti , wanting you to read these Tales of Antonia!

I still haven't had dinner *Worry*.

Ok, now I'm officially behind on my diary entries...

Today, I received my first merit badge from NavWorks Press from his "The Great Merit Badge Give Away, something I think you should check out. Thanks again Navworks!

Yesterday (note the one day gap between time written/edited and title), I managed to do some revision- for Religious Studies (abbreviated as RS). After updating my blog, I'm going to start my History revision.

I only really like ancient and medieval history. The beliefs of the people in those times makes it easy to create stories based on events. Modern history (e.g First world war and so on) has so much evidence which we can believe due to the new technology at the time. That's what were studying now.
Didn't get any of that? Here's one word to sum it up then- BORING!

Unfortunately I can't remember anything major or funny happening yesterday. Janine, Steph and I were at home by ourselves then. Course, my mom yelled at us because we hadn't hoovered, wiped down the kitchen surfaces or cooked the meat properly. Actually, the latter didn't matter much because it was Janine's reponsibility. Raw or burnt, I just might eat it anyways!

Later, I'll make sure to do today's entry...today. Smile
Now, time for some revision!

This is Anti , and you better be enjoying Tales of Antonia!

Deary me, I forgot to do my entry for yesterday. Sorry about that, I was out at the time I usually do it.

My cosuin invited me to her house. She doesn't live far away, just we still had to catch two buses into and out of town. We were there for about four to five hours before Janine rang and told us we had to meet her at wherever we had to meet her and mom.

They did that for convinience. I was forced to go along with them to Cannock. No, we don't around the town, just to this large charity clothes store. Janine and my mom spend ages in here- then again so do many of the other people there. I'm not a bit interested in fashion so I get bored easily.

We didn't come until nine'o'clock with fish and chips. Amount of revision done today: none. *Worry*

This is Anti , hoping you enjoy Tales of Antonia!

Everything is back to normal schedule. I've spent my day on WDC and watchin videos from the internet. Mom and Janine have spent most of their time sleeping. My dad came back at around one'o'clock but he didn't say much. Conclusion: My interest of today was finding all these music videos online.

Oh, and I finally managed to do some schoolwork. Not revision, homework that's due in for next week Monday. I'll start proper revision tomorrow.

...hopefully *Wink*

Bank Holiday today, but I didn't realise that this morning as I had to get up at 3:30 instead of 4:45 and pack food for the journey.

We drove to Heathrow Airport (see, I know the name now!) from Wolverhampton in two hours, most of which I spent sleeping. My mom was late from collecting her luggage and checking in by almost an hour, but eventually she came. She's lost some weight and someone had plaited her hair into singles.

Our journey back was quite eventful. We stopped at my aunty's house in London so my mom could give her the news of my nan's illness and generally talk about what it was like in Jamaica. I also got to see my younger twin cosuins- Marcus and Jerome. Their brother, Lati, has hundreds of videos in his room. And I mean hundreds of videos- Talk shows, Crimewatch, English and American soaps and many more! He was showing Janine some of them when I just "happened" to enter his room, which reeked.

We left three hours later and stopped at McDonalds (my dad ate the two pieces of fried chicken in the car), then drove for another two hours on the motorway before having a toilet break (well, I stayed in the car by myself). Of course, my mom and sisters went into the Marks and Spencer's shop next to the travel station and bought some food and my dad bought some coffee (some of which he spilt on the passenger's seat.

Now I'm finally back home, and I still haven't started our revision...*Worry*

This is Anti , bringing you my joys of Tales of Antonia!

Once again, nothing much has happened. Tomorrow, I have to get up at 4:45 in the morning so that all of us can drive to...erm...you know, that airport in London that begins with 'H' (cannot remember it off the top of my head). I didn't want to go, but due to the fact that everyone else is going because they want to, I have to be forced along. Note that this is a four hour journey...*Worry*

Oh yes, something really funny happened earlier today. We were serving out our dinner. As my dad lifted the foil of our fried chicken with the oven mitts on the foil got knocked off instead. Janine tried to catch it but she missed and my plate of dinner fell onto our floor *Blush*. You won't imagine how much of that was wasted *Bigsmile*.

Now I'm watching 'Everybody Hates Chris'. See ya!

This is Anti , bringing you Tales of Antonia!

Nothing much has happened today. I've been on the computer most of the time (yes, I have a sad life), and went and scoffed all the wheatcracker biscuits, watching one episode of the Simpsons on DVD as well.

My mom will be coming home soon after two weeks in Jamaica to look after my nan. I thought she'd be coming home tomorrow morning, but my dad read the return flight incorrectly. Her plane, which we thought would leave tonight and arrive on Sunday the 28th, is actually leaving on the same Sunday night and arriving by Monday morning.

My arms are now much better (sort of). I'm not looking forward to half term. It's a holiday, yes, but for me it's also a lot of hectic revision- some of which I won't do...

The image for the blog is up. Make sure to visit Kiya's shop (see the item of image for link!)

My arms are aching today, my guess is from the shotput that I did in athletics. About an hour ago, I banged my elbow against the door frame whilst strecthing. Not a good time...*Frown*

My schoolday was alright, except for the last lesson of the day and week- Physics. The subject itself is alright and I like our teacher, Mrs. Jones. Yet the rest of my form don't, therefore they get on her nerves. Today's lesson included several questions on Photons, how dangerous X/Gamma/UV/Visible rays are, how to spell this-that-and-the-other and 'You told us to write so-and-so'. By 3:40, I was just so fed up.

I also got back a History essay, entitled "To what extent, was Hitler reponsible for the outbreak of WWII?". The marks were out of twenty, so I must have done well- I got sixteen! That's better than some people- other girls got seven in my form.

Term is now over. When I come back, there will be homework to hand in, teachers returning and exams to pass and/or fail. Hopefully the latter won't come true.

I was chatting to Janine over the internet. She demanded that Steph came on via. the other family PC. Steph didn't- so Janine disconnected the internet temporarily. I've now left the conversation by blocking her.

Now, who's going to get our chips? *Wink*

The image for the blog will be coming soon!

It is my dad's birthday today. I wanted to send him a cNote, but I don't think he reads his emails often...*Worry*.

I've come home fron school. It finishes at 3:40, but I stay afterwards in the library for about half an hour. Then Steph and I catch two buses across town. We always get home between 4:45 and 5:45, which is very late in my opinion. Then we had Pork chops and rice (the rice was cakey) and afterwards I went to do my Chemistry homework whilst Janine and Steph stayed downstairs laughing at something hysterical on the telly.

We had PE today, our first (yes, first)lesson since the beginning of term five weeks ago. Five different tactics crammed into the two last periods. Now there's nothing more relieving than to come home intact with no injuries.
Also, I had an ICT exam. Although it was meant to take us one and a half hours, it took me just over the hour. Many of us were forced to sit in the hall whilst the clock ticked. I thought it wouldn't end.

Only ONE DAY of the term left-tomorrow!

1.  Introduction to blog.ID #428082
Posted: 5-24-2006 @ 4:16 pm EDT

Well, my first entry. What better way to start it than with a introduction. You already know what it's about, but I'm going to start it here anyway. If you're impatient, then go to the next entry!

The first thing I'd like to say is a big, warm thank you to the anonymous person who gave me a six months upgraded memebership. This journal couldn't have been made without people like you!*Bigsmile*

I'm thirteen years old as I write this (fourteen soon!) and I live in Wolverhampton, England. I live with my parents and two sisters- Janine is ninteen going twenty, wheras Stephanie is my twin sister (no prizes for guessing her age!).
I go to an all-girls selective school on the other side of town. My main hobby is playing video games, but since the discovery of WDC I haven't had time for that. The only subjects I'm really good at are History, Latin (more background than language) and last but not least, English. I want to become a writer- a published one is my goal.

But before that, enjoy this journal. Note that this is from a teen's point of view, so my sense of humor might not fit anyone else's.

Regards,
Antonia
