It's really cold this morning, winter is kicking in. I had too much Vodka last night and feel very tired and don't even feel like writing.

Just going to read some work and maybe do a couple of reviews.

What a lovely crisp, sunny day it has been in my part of the world. Went for a walk and took some photos whilst I was out. Very refreshing.

I have been getting an idea for a short story inspired by those hellish soul destroyers otherwise known as telesales callers. One group in particular from a well known British gas supplier which has a call centre in India (or similar eastern province), has been calling for several days now. It is even more astounding that you get cold calls and even text messages on your mobile phone from these creatures. They are so damned incessant.
Well, at least they will get a literary bashing from me...

I've just been reviewing people's work and find it most satisfying. I think it is extremely important that we all review each others work otherwise there's no point in us being here!

Is it wrong to look down on those you deam to be inferior to yourself? Probably. At least in the moral sense. But some people mark themselves so clearly as being somewhat of an irritation that you can't help thinking ill of them. These are people who are very unaware of themselves within their surroundings. They have no idea the effect of their words and actions upon others. They have little concept of what people think of them or simply don't care. In my experience it's the consistently irritating people that haven't the ability to socially integrate on even the most basic level and spoil it for the rest.

Rant over...for now. I was just letting off steam about a certain 'colleague' at work. To say she is the team bull-dog is putting it mildly. Never mind, she could probaly make a great character in a story. Just sometimes wish she wasn't real!
 

My first entry.
I'm not really much of blogger. I don't like talking about myself, I prefer to put my writing energies into story telling. I have had numerous blogs in the past but didn't keep them up to date and eventually deleted them due to lack of interest (mine!)
It seems a shame to waste this blogging space though, seeing as I've paid for it, so here I am.

Going to put more poems in my portfolio and maybe create some folders...
