Blake Makes My Heart QuakeEntry #510514

American Idol is my most favorite show ever. I've been watching it since its first season six years ago. It's an awesome show full of drama, surprises, and shockers. Lots of fun and excitement. My kind of show. I love music and singing and performing, and so this show is totaly up my alley. I just can't get enough of it. I hope it sticks around for years and years to come because every season there is something new and it never gets boring at all. Not in the least.

This year is the best season so far. I had a few favorite contestants on this show. Gina Glocksen, Chris Richardson, and of course Blake Lewis. Blake is a hottie and is extremely talented, creative, and original. He makes my heart quake. I've been voting for him all through the show and had no doubt that he'd make it to the finale. And he did make it indeed. While Jordin Sparks (the other finalist) may have greater vocals, Blake is a much better performer, and he takes risks. He makes songs his own, sometimes even recreating them to the extent that they are unrecognizable. And he also beatboxes, which makes him really stand out and shows off his creativity too. I think he is much more worthy of being the American Idol because he is fresh and unique on top of being multitalented. And he plays guitar too. Jordin is not like that. Yeah it's unbelievable that she is only 17 and can blow, but I don't think there's anything much original about her, if at all. So, for me it's Blake all the way baby! I can't wait to get his album already, though it hasn't even been made yet). Oh and not to forget the season finale. My eyes will glued to the screen for two whole hours tonight. This will be by far the best American Idol finale results show yet.
