that summer feelin'....Entry #516046
Last night I went to a BBQ at a friend from Uni's house. Of the 12 people on our course, 10 made it (1 lives about 3 hours away & didn't want to do the long drive just for a couple of sausages... Wink and the other said she wanted to catch up on course work... some people HAVE to go spoil the soup by being all sensible, eh!?) and we had a blast! I was driving so I stuck to coke all night (save for a small taste of a Greek wine that Antigone brought) but of course I don't need alcohol to stay jolly and we giggled all night (except when we were eating of course Smile ) I also managed to catch up properly with my two friends Sophie and Valentina & give them the latest update.

Nathalie was feeling a bit poorly yesterday evening so that made my evening less enjoyable for a while til my mum rang and told me her temp had dropped, she had been awake for a glass of milk and was now again sound asleep. I felt better after that.

Today we have a guest lecture in our Regional Innovation Policy topic; the subject is Social Capital which is very interesting. Somehow I have to try and read some material on it before I leave work in about 2 hours!
