Trying to Get Used to No School AgainEntry #682625
It feels so strange - I spent six months where my life revolved around school. I forgot how absorbed I would get in it and it was great feeling. There was always something to do. So much so that I was at loose ends over the holidays and now that I'm moving and not returning to school it's like trying to find myself all over again. How do I manage my time effectively? What do I do to keep busy without over stressing myself? How do I balance all of it?

I spent today making phone calls and scheduling client appointments. I have five of the scheduled with plenty more calls to make to about 15 end of term clients and several securities clients. All of which need to be finished by the time I leave for Texas, by around the 20th. At that point things really get hectic because I will finally receive my settlement check and can start paying some bills! It's been tough keeping everyone at bay long enough for it to get here. Then there will simply be a FLURRY of rapid activity.

I'm going to be throwing a going away party towards the end of the month and I'm pretty excited about it. It'll be a chance for me to get all my friends in one place and let them know how much they mean to me before we leave. Not to mention it'll be a heck of a lot of fun!

All in all, things are shaping up well. Just very busy now that the holidays are over and the move date gets closer. For now, I'm off to bed.
