So there is a recipe that was discovered by a German physician that is called the Dr. Budwig Diet. It consists of flax seed oil and cottage cheese. Now because flax seed oil is an oil, it goes through your body like nothing. The trick is to break it down into a water-based solution so that it may enter the blood stream and penetrate your organs. This is where the cottage cheese comes into place. You basically put a little bit of both in a blender and take three teaspoons a day. It is said to not only prevent cancer but to cure it. Now, who knows if this is true or not as I have yet to meet someone in person who told me that's what cured their cancer. However, it is well known to be a good treatment for things like acne, psoriasis, multiple sclerosis and arthritis.
