Master Vs Apprentice

“After over 5 millennia, I am almost at full power. I can feel my body surging with new power. Soon my treacherous son your time in this world will come to an abrupt end. Just as you took me from this world I shall played the Judge, Jury, and Executioner for your destruction. At first upon returning to this world, I was unsure where I was. Having been trapped in a dimension where my very mortality was put to the test. I was put through grueling torture sessions; I hung on with that one burning desire to take my revenge on my own flesh and blood. However, as the centuries pasted in that dimension of torture, I began to wonder if I earned this. Backstabbing the only man that truly showed me love, and was always there for me regardless of the monster I became. How did I repay him, I killed behind his back until eventually I killed him too to save my son. A son that had the gull to banish me from this world, just for drinking of his royal blood he likes to call it. However, as I was tortured in that dimension I felt perhaps it was I paying for my sins. Perhaps this is what fate had dealt me. Perhaps it was my former self-trying to tell me something. After grueling sessions of pain the time finally arrived and I was set free.”
“Learning all that had transpired from Seth’s mind, and also learning that my son actually had a family. My eyes could not believe his own son was so hell bent on destroying his own father. It was that, that told me I could trust him in helping me rid this world of my son. Yet, upon seeing Crimson in this time frame I was shocked to see he had changed since last I saw him, he had develop love an emotion I thought he was incapable of having. How can a man as heartless as Crimson Lord, have the feeling of love. Than I found out quickly for when I feasted on his beloved Gaze, I knew first hand just who the one that melted his cold dark heart was. So instead of killing her I decided to use her. Crimson never knew what hit him, not only had I injected my cells into his beloved, I learned she had the ability to use mind control. I quickly ordered her to turn one of his generals in his army against him. Navi, proved more than useful for when Crimson was finally let in on the plan that was developing behind his back. Just as I was going to have his own beloved kill him, something new arrived on the scene. A man I knew nothing of, but just judging by the aura he had that moment he appeared I knew I wanted him on my side. Spectre proved to be a handful but I have to hand it to Gaze, she did what I told her to do and now Crimson has NO ONE! He is alone, and for the first time in his life, I sense he is afraid. Cold-hearted Crimson Lord now has been reduced to a lesser form of life. I shall be his salvation; I shall destroy Crimson Lord and rule of this world for all of eternity!” Purgatory said to herself, as she looked at her new body in the broken shard of glass.
Elsewhere, Crimson and Navi are seen. Crimson turned his attention from the sky as it changed back to normal to Navi, who stared coldly at Crimson.
“Judging by the huge aura I just felt, I have a feeling my mother is getting stronger by the moment, I must finish my business here. Before she gets even more powerful than in her current state I must also not lose focus on one of my main objectives here, freeing Gaze and Navi from her claws.” Crimson said to himself.
Navi charged and the two began to unload with lefts and rights. Crimson grabbed Navi’s wrist and connected with a right cross kick sending Navi crashing to the ground and sliding in front of the cage that surrounded the graveyard. Crimson stared down at Navi, He extended his hand and started to charge an energy attack. Navi got to his feet. His eyes widen, but quickly turn enraged. Navi disappeared, Crimson looked around as his attack dissipated. Navi appeared above Crimson. Crimson vanished and so does Navi. Huge thunderous explosions are seen in the sky in different parts. One huge explosion was seen, and Navi was seen falling to the ground with Crimson closing behind him. Navi looked toward Crimson and fired an energy attack Crimson is caught off guard as the energy attack struck Crimson in the face. Crimson stopped in mid air holding his face. As Navi crashed back, first into the ground Navi struggled to his feet. As Crimson slowly removed his hands from his face, Crimson was enraged. He dropped down from the sky.
“Boy, that’s it I have had it with you. I don’t have time for this”
Crimson slowly walked to a struggling Navi limping around. Crimson seemed to fade out and fade back in repeatedly. Navi stared in awe. As Crimson faded out in front of Navi’s eyes only to fade in behind Navi, and he grabbed Navi by the shoulder and twisted him around. He delivered a huge right cross which sent Navi down to a knee. Crimson than kicked Navi in the jaw with his left foot Navi was sent into the air, and fell quickly to the ground; Navi once again struggled to get to his feet. Crimson grabbed Navi by the head, lifted him up to a vertical base, and with his free hand began to punch Navi in the face repeatedly. With each punch, Navi’s face became even more swollen. Crimson let go of the top of Navi’s head only to kick him in the gut, which sent him crashing into a building wall. Crimson spit on the ground in disgust. He slowly walked over to Navi once again struggling to get to his feet.
“Seems to me my apprentice you are out of steam.”
Navi slowly got to his feet, breathing heavily. He stared at Crimson enraged. And raised his arms in front of him and began to fire energy balls at Crimson. Constantly as smoke enveloped Crimson, Navi continued to fire his attacks now obviously showing desperation. Navi’s eyes widen when he saw Crimson was actually walking through the smoke and all the attacks he was making. Navi lowered his hands as Crimson stared with a cocky smirk on his face. In a split instance, he had Navi by the throat. He slammed Navi against the building wall holding him up to where he almost touched the ceiling.
“Through all your powers, you still are no match for me. Did you really honestly think you would defeat me? However, my young apprentice I am not here to kill you for your treachery. No I want to free your mind once more.”
Navi tried to struggle to get out of the choke. He finally kicked Crimson in the gut. Crimson dropped Navi, and he hits the ground on his hands and knees. His right hand holding his throat, He continually gasped for air. Crimson just stared down at him unimpressed.
“Even under Purgatory’s control you still pose no threat to me. I am sure she knows this and eventually she will come. However Navi, just to let you know she is more concerned with herself than to save you. No, you have been sent just to try to send a message. She knew you didn’t stand a remote chance against me. No you’re more of a distraction.”
Navi looked up at Crimson enraged, He quickly got to his feet and tried to throw a right but Crimson easily dodged it. Navi tried a left again Crimson easily dodged it. Navi became even more enraged as now he began to throw lefts and rights. Crimson easily dodged Navi’s attacks. The two back out of the building back into the street. Navi finally got a punch on Crimson. Jerking his head to the left Navi looked happy with himself. Crimson slowly turned his head toward Navi and grinned. Navi’s eyes widen.
“Shame you have learned NOTHING!”
Navi tried to throw another punch. But Crimson grabbed his right fist and sidekicks Navi in the gut sending him to his knees quickly. Crimson stared down at a defeated Navi, with a smirk, which turned to an angered look. Crimson pulled back and nailed Navi in the back of the head with a vicious left hand punch. This sent Navi face first into the cold dark street now motionless, Crimson wiped the dust off his garb. He than stared down at Navi, as a slight wind blew some dust fragments left on the ground by.
Elsewhere, Purgatory had absorbed another vampire. As her army inches deeper into the city Her glow had become more vibrate than before, as though she is about to transform once more. She looked up into the sky, as the last vampire is destroyed by Spectre. She gritted her teeth.
“Damn you Navi, can’t you do anything right!” Purgatory said with anger.
Seth turned to her and questioned her.
“What?”
Purgatory turned to Seth.
“You want your chance Seth?” she asked
“At what?” he asked
“Crimson you FOOL!” she shouted
“Most defiantly.” Seth said excited
Seth slowly levitated and looked in the direction of Crimson aura. Purgatory raised her hand toward Seth. “One moment Seth.”
Seth looked down toward her. “Huh”
Seth descended from the sky and walked over to Purgatory. She took her right index finger and cut her chest. Blood began to drip from the cut. Seth looked at Purgatory confused. She looked to him.
“Drink, the power that flows through me shall grant you the strength you require to beat your father. Remember this though Seth once you have him defeated. He is to be brought to me ALIVE!” Purgatory said with warning.
Seth looked at her with question.
“I still get to kill him….right?”
“Will see boy, now DRINK!” she scolded Seth.
“Don’t take away what I have been striving for since my birth woman.” Seth said to himself
Seth moved in but than suddenly backed away. Purgatory angrily looked at him.
“I SAID DRINK!” Purgatory shouted
“No disrespect my Queen, but this is something I want to prove myself. All my life I have never asked for anyone’s assistance. I will kill my father with my own powers. I will not get a upgrade from you. I will eventually defeat my father, and I want the simple fact to be known I did it all by myself no help from anyone…..not even……you”
Purgatory gritted her teeth “Fine boy go get your ass handed to you, judging by your current level, you’re no match for him. I offered you a way to surpass him, but if you want to play this honor card with me than go get out of here! Spectre and I will finish off the rest of Crimson’s army.”
Gaze finally arrived in Calesa she landed next to Purgatory. “Seth where are you going?” Gaze asked
“To destroy Crimson Lord”
Purgatory looked at Gaze. “The fool thinks he can beat him, with his own powers, even though I have given him a chance to finally fulfill his life long dream of defeating his wretched father.”
“Is that true Seth?” Gaze asked
Seth began to levitate into the air with a smirk on his face. “If it is my fate to die at the hands of my father than so be it, but I will know first hand that I gave him all that I had. Without the help from anyone, I will not cheat my fate!” Seth replied in a determined voice
“Be careful than my son, Crimson seemed to easily defeat Navi, and judging by the last time you fought him, you were no match either.”
“Seth I swear if you do not bring him to me, I am going to be the one you need to worry about not him!”
Seth looked emotionless down at Purgatory, who looked rather irate with Seth’s feelings; He looked over at Gaze who seemed concerned. Seth than looked toward Crimson direction and darted off top speed toward his position.
“Stubborn kid!” Purgatory said irate
She continued her path of destruction, joining Spectre in the destruction. Gaze continued to look into the sky in the direction Seth took off in. “Please, be careful my son.” Gaze pleaded
Meanwhile, back at Cort’s home. He has a vial of blood sitting in a vial holder. “Now I just need Crimson to bring me some of the blood so I can make this cure.” Cort said.
The door flew opened as Cort stayed in a dark area of his crypt as the sun peaked through the doorway. Crimson dragged Navi’s body into the crypt and tossed him into the center of the room. He shut the door behind him.
“There’s one” Crimson replied.
Cort walked over to Navi, and took a knee behind him. He lifted Navi’s chin to see he was unconscious. Cort stood up and looked at Crimson. “Restrain him my lord, you can use my stone slab.”
Crimson grabbed Navi by the back of his garb and tossed him on top of the stone slab. He flipped him on his back, made an energy chain for both his legs, and made sure his arms were facing inward before making an energy chain for each one of his wrists. Cort walked over with a syringe, he tied a turnakit around Navi’s left bicep to force the pulmonary vein to bulge out. He injected the syringe into the huge vein and pulled out a purple substance. Cort took off the turnakit after he got the blood sample. He walked over to his lab, used a drop of Navi’s blood on a film, covered it with another, and placed it under his microscope. He peered into the scope as Crimson walked over and looked over Cort’s shoulder.
“Interesting” Cort said
“What?” Crimson asked
Cort took his eye from the microscope and grabbed the film, he set it on his lab desk and took the vial from the syringe and put a cork on it and placed it in the vial holder He looked at Crimson.
“My hypothesis was right, Purgatory’s cells and your cells are one in the same, although you do not possess the power of cell controlling your blood can counteract her blood.”
“In lamens terms.” Crimson said firmly
“Means just this you got a poison and you got a antidote. Think of it that way Purgatory is the poison where as you’re the antidote. Your blood will cure Purgatory’s poison.”
“I see well make the cure we got our first test subject.”
“Yes sire, I’ll get right on it.”
Crimson smirked and patted Cort on the back he walked over to Navi, and stared at him for a moment as Cort franticly got to work.
45 minutes have passed
Navi had awoken, his pitch white eyes struggle to get free as Crimson stared at him, he turned to the side and looked toward Cort who was just finishing up. He had a mixture of Crimson’s and Purgatory’s cells in a spinner as the spinner stopped the substance in the vial had turned white. Cort takes the vial from the spinner and stared at it for a moment. He than walked over to Crimson and handed him the vial.
“You can use this either orally or by splashing it on the infected person.” Cort said.
Crimson took the vial and walked over to Navi, who continued to struggle to get free. Crimson stared down at Navi for a moment than poured the cure on Navi’s chest, which was not covered in clothing. Navi began to scream and looked to be having ceasures. Crimson stepped back shocked, as Navi had now broken the energy bonds set by Crimson. He stumbled to the ground, screaming in pain. For a brief moment the screaming stopped. Navi lifted his arm over the stone slap than followed by the other arm he pulled himself up shaking his head. He looked up toward Crimson, his eyes had returned to normal.
“Si….re?? Whe…re where am I?” Navi asked confused.
Crimson looked at Cort and grinned, “Well done my minion, now whip up another batch of that for Lady Gaze and I’ll see you’re properly rewarded.” Crimson said with delight.
Cort smirked and returned to his work, Crimson turned to Navi who is still groggy.
“Do you remember anything?”
Navi still trying to shake off the effects. “Unfortunately no Mi’ Lord, the last thing I remember was finding Lady Gaze at the manor, and she ordered me to help you out at Hematotic” Navi said very gingerly
“Well, you should get some rest.”
Navi whipped his head backward shocked.
“What is it?” Crimson asked
“Seth he is here!” Navi replied with urgency
“Seth? How I don’t sense him?”
Navi turned to Crimson. “Sire do not engage him”
Crimson looked at Navi confused. “Sounds to me he wants another beating.”
“You don’t understand, Gaze has made him stronger than last he fought you.”
“How could Gaze possibly do that, and I thought you could not remember anything?” Crimson asked
“Apparently when Purgatory infects her subjects they lose their past memories while under her influence, however Gaze has a different form of control.”
“Telepathic link.” Crimson replied firmly “How could I have forgotten, this means you know what she is thinking don’t you Navi?”
“Yes sire, how long the link will last I am not sure, but from what I have sensed Seth’s detection has vastly improved, which is why I was able to sense him and you were, not.”
“Blast!”
“There is more sire, apparently the last meeting the two had Gaze transferred most of her aura to Seth, to combat Spectre at the moment. I noticed she had trouble maintaining the link she had on Spectre, which explains her aura was literally drained.”
“So you think Seth now is stronger than me, well your senses must still be feeling the effects of the cure. Seth WILL NEVER be stronger than me this time I put a end to my son for good!”
“I advise against this sire.” Navi pleaded
Crimson walked past Navi, and than stopped, he stared over his shoulder at Navi, with an angered look on his face.
“I thought you learned your lesson before not to question me.”
“Forgive me sire.” Navi pleaded
“Stay here and make sure Cort is able to get the cure ready for Gaze, I’ll handle my son in the meantime,” Crimson ordered
“As you wish sire.”
Navi bowed as Crimson walked up the steps to the exit of the mausoleum. Crimson had a look of uncertainty on his face as he pushed the door open and began to walk out.
With Navi back on the right side, he has revealed a startling piece of advice. Gaze without Seth’s knowledge has given Seth a upgrade. Are the premonitions of Navi’s warning to Crimson true? Has Seth truly surpassed Crimson in battle aura?? Or will Crimson put a stop to that warning?? Find out next week…
