NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS



There was a time I used to make
New Year resolutions.
I used to think, for my problems,
They were the solutions.

As time went by I discovered,
I was none the better.
I did, through those resolutions,
Only myself flatter.

By simply making the resolve,
We do not ensure that
It will be duly completed
During the next year flat.

If we could have followed in life
Our mental decisions,
No need then would be left for the
New Year resolutions.
