The emotions rip and tear,
Dancing through shadow,
Turning in light,
And I move with them,
To a beat so familiar.
I sing as the melody wraps,
Itself around my very soul,
And reminds me of love,
That didn’t return to me.
So sad some songs are,
And so joyful are others,
They can bring one feeling,
Today,
And tomorrow bring something,
New.
So I turn on the stereo,
And put in his cd,
Because only Bon Jovi,
Can sing these songs to me.
